Ideal for a couple, pretty self catering holiday home of 25 m² in sandstone and bricks, built at the end of the 19th century, completely renovated in 2017.
Quietly located near the beaches of Saint-Aubin-Sur-Mer and Veules-Les-Roses (candidate for the competition of the 100 most beautiful villages in France and located 2 km from Sotteville), it has a large wooden terrace of 40 m² with garden furniture.
This maisonette of about 25 m² has a bedroom of 9 m² with a double bed, a small living room with a very well equipped American kitchen and a shower room, toilet, as well as washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron. CHARGING STATION FOR ELECTRIC CAR 49 € / WEEK (7 € /day)

The cottage is located on the Côte d'Albatre, between the famous beaches of Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer and Veules-les-Roses. An authentic natural setting with beaches bordered by cliffs and green landscape. Many water sports and hiking activities are available nearby (surfing, kite surfing, swimming, sailing, horse riding, golf, hiking or cycling on the GR and country lanes. Excursions are possible to Etretat and its renowned beach further south , as well as towards the Bay of Somme further north and its very particular light. Visit the bird reserve, sand yachting, kite surfing, hiking, discovery of protected natural areas are nice outings.

La Maisonette de Sotteville-sur-Mer, een pracht plek nabij een leuk dorp, schoon en fris huisje met alle nodige voorzieningen, Kanttekening: het "smalle Franse bed". Op loopafstand is er een bakker en een prima restaurant met originele gerechten tegen een schappelijke prijs. De afstand naar de zee vergt ongeveer 10 minuten. Wij hadden de gehele periode mooi weer!
