The house
Double French doors open up into the airy open plan lounge area. One archway leads off to the games room complete with a snooker/ billiards table. Then off from here is the toilet/ shower.
The 2nd archway leads into the dining and kitchen area. A further set of French doors leads off to the covered area.
We've made sure that everyone is catered for by having a large book/ DVD library as well as 2 toy chests and board games.
The closed tread stairs lead up to the 1st floor. From the small landing 4 doors lead off to all 3 bedrooms and the bathroom. 2 bedrooms have double beds, whilst the 3rd has 2 single beds.
The largest double bedroom has a standard sized cot .All bedrooms benefit from room fans.
The bathroom has a large corner bath, toilet and hand basin.
Stair gates are fixed in place at the bottom & top of the stairs.

Our gites are 15 minutes from the market town of Saint Jean d'Angely, 20 minutes from historical Saintes and 25 minutes from the famous town of Cognac. Further afield we are 45 minutes from the wide sandy Atlantic beaches & 1 hour from beautiful La Rochelle.

Restaurants, food & wine
A few minutes away is a great Bakery & a small supermarket. The next village along has 2 bars where you can order a meal and a drink. Our market town of St Jean d'Angely has a selection of large supermarkets & restaurants. Take a drive to the coastline for some of the best dining on the French Atlantic coast.
Activities
A holiday here in one of our gites will leave you with fantastic memories, so here's why..
Our gites sit in 6000m2 of (secure) play areas full of swings, a wooden pirate boat, a 30mtr zip wire, table tennis, table football, slides, football goals, a see-saw, 2 trampolines, a separate kiddie's play area with a sand pit and wendy house and lots more. We have an expression.. happy children = happy parents.
Don't forget the 2 salt water, heated pools (the main one with large water slide) and the 6 seat hot tub (for over 16's).

We provide all gite towels & linen, but not beach/ pool towels so please remember to bring your own.
We request that after your stay the gite is left in its original clean condition that it was found in. If not we will charge €40 as a cleaning fee and €20 for the BBQ.
