The house
La Roseraie in Cublac - a village on the border of the departments of Corrèze and Dordogne, is quietly situated at the end of a dead end street. La Roseraie is the ideal holiday home for families with (young) children: the heated swimming pool is located just next to the terrace and can be seen from the kitchen and the living room.
The ground floor holiday home has a light-flooded living room with an open kitchen and a lounge. The modern and very well-equipped kitchen has an oven/microwave, ceramic hob, modern cooker hood, dishwasher, extra-large fridge with integrated freezer, steam cooker, coffee machine, electric grater, etc.
There are two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Thanks to the spacious dressing cabinets, you have a lot of storage space. The bathroom has a double washbasin and a spacious shower with a glass door. There is a washing machine in the garage. All windows have electric shutters. Use of the Internet is free. Flat-screen TV with satellite reception (Dutch channels) and DVD player with DVDs.
For families with babies and children there is a lot present and free to use: toys, a baby bed with firm mattress, a baby chair, a high chair, a baby bath, a baby potty and a changing table.

Holiday home 'La Roseraie' is quietly situated on the southern flank of the Vézère valley. Although the holiday home is in a quiet location, you can still do your shopping in the vicinity: there is a village bakery at only 500 m and at 800 m and at 2 to 3 km there are 5 large department stores where you can do your other shopping. On the market square of Cublac, there is an excellent restaurant.
Cublac is easily accessible via the A89. There is an exit at 7 km.

We verbleven een weekje in La Roseraie, gelegen op een leuk domein met mooi uitzicht en waar er voldoende privacy is. Deze alsook de andere woningen zijn heel proper en zeer kindvriendelijk uitgerust. Het extra toilet en frigo in de poolhouse is zeker een pluspunt.
Het is gelegen dichtbij supermarkten/bakker. Mooie omgeving waar van alles te ontdekken valt.
We willen Hans, Greet en de zonen bedanken voor de vriendelijke ontvangst en hun inzet om de huurders te laten genieten van een zorgeloze vakantie!Wouter Mortier from Meulebeke,
Top vakantiewoning op rustig domein. Alles kraaknet en prima uitgerust. Zalig zwembad, zeker tijdens een hittegolf met 3 dagen boven 40°C. Mooie streek waar veel te beleven valt. Een echte aanrader!

We beleefden een fantastische week in La Roseraie. Het is een heel net huis op een mooi, rustig domein. De kinderen konden er naar hartenlust spelen (zowel buiten als binnen was er van alles wat hun hartje kon bekoren :-) ). De eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk en zijn steeds bereid te helpen bij problemen of om tips te geven over de streek. Het zwembad is heel ruim en zorgde voor de nodige afkoeling, ook de bijhorende poolhouse is een mooie extra! Voor de dichtstbijzijnde winkels hoef je niet ver te rijden en er zijn voldoende interessante steden in de buurt die een bezoekje waard zijn. Kortom, wij beleefden hier een zalige week!

Swimming in the private heated swimming pool (10 x 5 m), playing a game of jeux de boules on the specially laid out petanque court, playing a game of table tennis or just lazing about in the sun on the large terrace, the holiday home 'La Roseraie' offers you a whole range of relaxation. For those who prefer the shade, there is the pool house. The pool house has a changing room with toilet and a fridge with freezer.
The children will certainly have a great time on the swing, the slide or in the playhouse. For them there are also a lot of toys.
-Cublac is situated on the border of the Corrèze and the Dordogne in south-west France at about 800 km from Brussels.
This region is one of the green lungs of France. The sometimes steep hills with overgrown rock formations and the forests with babbling brooks that flow into sometimes calm and sometimes tumultuous rivers form the beautiful decor of this region.
It is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful nature and the many attractions. The many prehistoric sites (Lascaux, Les-Eyzies, La Roque Saint-Christophe,...), the many caves (Lascaux II, Rouffignac, Grand Roc,...), the many castles (Hautefort, Beynac-et-Cazenac,...) and picturesque villages are just a few of the highlights of this region.) and the picturesque villages (Sarlat, Collonges-la-Rouge, Saint-Geniès,...), the beautiful gardens (Terrasson, Eyrignac, Marqueyssac,...) are within a radius of 45 km. The beautiful and unspoilt nature can be discovered by car, by bike or on foot. Various (water) sports can be practised in the vicinity.
The house is quietly situated at the end of a dead-end street but there are 2 bakeries at less than 800 m. If you like good food, you don't have to go far: near the church of Cublac (800 m) you can have a good and cheap meal in the restaurant 'Le Vieux Cantou'.
