Villa La Maria

Villa La Maria is a stylishly renovated holiday home in the middle of a small village in the Creuse (400 km south of Paris). The house consists of two floors and a garden in front of the house. On the ground floor (36 m2) is the living room, open kitchen, shower and toilet. The first floor has two spacious bedrooms (18 and 15 m2). One bedroom has a twin bed (1.80 x 2 m); the second bedroom has two single beds (0.90 x 2 m). In the garden is a third bedroom (10 m2) with a bed of 1.40 x 2 m.
Across the width of the house is a covered veranda of 2.5 x 7 m. with picnic table. The garden (approx. 60 m2) is enclosed by a traditional stone wall with a hedge. In the second part of the garden is a wooden swimming pool (4.10 m diameter). There is also a trampoline and gas BBQ. As can be seen in one of the photos, a narrow road runs between the house and the garden. Here you can park your car in front of the blue garage door.
The village has 25 friendly inhabitants, always up for a chat. The garden is located in the middle of the village where traditional French rural life passes by. It is a small hamlet with very little traffic.
The village is surrounded by forests and meadows with stone walls or hedges. You fully enjoy the peace, nature and space. The Creuse river is 4 km from the village, where you can also enjoy swimming, fishing and picnics.
The gîte is ideal for 4-5 persons. Feel free to take your dog with you. The extensive nature and the sparsely populated area are ideal for hiking and / or mountain biking. Do you prefer a fishing holiday? Fishing license for fishing in Lake Felinas is available. You can also use our WiFi; Watching TV is only possible via the existing Chromecast *).
