Sergetta

In the heart of the Périgord Noir and close to essential tourist attractions such as Sarlat, Lascaux, Les Eyzies, Le Bugue, we welcome you to this beautiful and large holiday home called Sergetta. The holiday home is close to restaurants and shops and it has excellent service on arrival by the very charming French couple Serge and his wife Marie. You will enjoy the tranquillity, the cosiness of this little paradise in France ... From season 2025, the swimming pool will be heated.

The new pool is open from April to the end of October and the garden (fully fenced) is super well equipped especially for children and young adults. But adults will also thoroughly enjoy the outdoor kitchen, the space in and around the house. Young adults: what is so nice about this house is chilling out in the "basement" under the house with your own private music and/or movie to watch! If nature is generous, you can eat fresh vegetables from Serge and Marie's garden, eat fruit from the orchard and tasty fresh eggs from their chickens!

Inside
Although the interior is a bit old-fashioned, the house is super clean and well cared for Serge and Marie really want to give our customers the service they deserve. Petit-à-petit they will change the interior in the coming years, let's say the kitchen is currently a bit "vintage", there are two living rooms, one next to the kitchen and the other downstairs: "the cave" . The beds are of good quality (3 x double bed, 1 bunk bed and a sofa bed in the cave). There is a bathroom on the ground floor and a new shower downstairs.

Outside
Huge enclosed garden with private driveway and very nice outdoor kitchen right by the pool (with stove/barbecue and everything you need). Sergetta is located in La Terrasse, a small place just 1 km from Le Bugue, a very charming village in the Dordogne. In the garden an outdoor billiard and ping-pong table and, for the little ones, a small playground.

Attention : outside July and August you pay a little extra if you are with more than 6 people.
