The house
Holiday home La Bergerie has a slightly elevated position, with panoramic view over the surrounding landscape. It has an ideal location on the border of the Dordogne and the Lot and it has been restored with lots of charm and plenty of space. Everything has been done to create comfort for the guests.
The holiday home has a living area of about 350m2, and offers on the ground floor:
- A living room with two sitting areas and a dining area, a television and dvd player.
- Kitchen with cooker, with three gas burners and an electric plate, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dish washer, microwave, radio-cd player.
- Utility room with fridge, vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment.
- separate wc.
On the first floor:
The first staircase brings you to the first floor with the bedrooms. A bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm, children's cot and bathroom with bath tub, wash basin and wc.
A bedroom with three single bed of 90cm and a bathroom with bath tub, washbasin and wc.
A second set of stairs leads you to the second sleeping area, which is still on the first floor.
A bedroom with double bed of 160 cm with en-suite bathroom with thalasso shower, wash basin and wc.
The interior and exterior furniture is of very good quality. Outside is the heated swimming pool of 10x5m, with security system and a terrace surrounding it.
The beds are complete with sheets and there are towels in the bathrooms.
A baby bed and highchair are available in case you arrive with small children.
3 electric bicycles with a participation of 100 € per stay + trailer 1 or 2 children and maximum 55 kg according to availability on booking. The autonomy of the bike is 100 to 120 kms

Holiday home La Bergerie is located in the area of Salvia, in the Périgord Noir on the border of the Dordogne and the Lot. Shops can be found in Salviac at about 5 km, Cazals at 7km or Gourdon (supermarket) at 15km)

Logement tout à fait conforme aux photos et à la description: tout y est parfait; rien ne manque!
Très bon rapport qualité /prix.
Du calme, une vue dégagée, une piscine très grande, des vélos en parfait état, de l'espace plus qu'il n'en faut... Beaucoup de choses à visiter dans un rayon de 20 km... de quoi passer de très bonnes vacances.
Par ailleurs, Mr Carretier est très accueillant et serviable en cas de problème.

Mooi en proper huis in een zeer rustige omgeving. Elke kamer heeft een badkamer, dus peefect voor meerdere gezinnen. Mooi en groot zwembad met omheining wat perfect is voor de kindjes. De picknicktafel onder de bomen is ideaal om even aan de hitte te ontsnappen. Ik zou het huis aan iedereen aanraden.

The area has truffle plantations, from where the Périgord noir owes its name and also its renowned gastronomy.
The owner will gladly let you sample his homemade foie gras.
The wine cellars of Domme are 2 km away.
