The house
Mimosa is the largest property out of the three, it is south facing overlooking a gorgeous , large private garden. The owners have decorated this property to incorporate it's natural character of it's high stone walls, beamed ceilings and tiled floors. It has a well equipped kitchen with dining area and a spacious lounge. It has a comfortable double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and two connecting twin rooms with their own shower room and separate toilet.
As you walk outside , onto a large terrace overlooking the gorgeous well maintained garden for active children to play and run around safely.
Private parking next to the houses is provided.
The houses have fridge/freezers, washing machines, dish washers and a micro waves. They come fully equipped for 6 people, bedding and house towels are provide.

The property is located in a large garden, ideal for children to play safely. A kiwi plantation surrounds part of the property and the neighbour is an organic farmer .
The Garonne river passes behind the village, providing nice walks and the opportunity to fish and picnic. The canal is on the edge of the valley with its small ports and boats passing, navigating through to the midi.

Activities
We are located 1 hour driving time south of Bordeaux. The region has much to see; The famous wine regions of St Emilion, Sauternes and the Grave are close .
The Atlantic coast is a fun day out with the high sand dune "de Pyla " and the bay of Arcachon with its water park at Gujan-Mestras and Canoing.
We have a selection of bikes that can be rented and there is a great cycle path along the nearby canal and fun rides near the river Garonne.

Further remarks
On the property there are two other gîtes. Both of them are similar in style and size , so they are ideal for families wanting to come on holiday together and have their own accommodation, with the use of a pool. Both houses have two bedrooms ( double and twin) and two bathrooms ,a comfortable lounge with TV ,DVD and WIFI.
