Eco Design House Ducarinne

Eco Design House Ducarinne is a very special holiday home where rustic French authenticity is in harmony with modern design. The house has been renovated with great attention, resulting in a place where you can enjoy extraordinary luxury, modern comfort and a beautiful and versatile environment. Horse-riding enthusiasts among you: you can bring your horse(s) for an extra charge!

Ducarinne is located in the Lot and Garonne province, an emerging region in south-west France and probably best known for producing its fantastic wines and local produce. The Lot and Garonne has not yet been discovered by mass tourism, unlike many of the other South West regions and this makes for a fantastic authentic atmosphere. What stands out are the influences of Scandinavian design combined with traditional French features, such as the wooden beams and the beautiful stone terrace.

Inside
There are five hotel-worthy bedrooms in Ducarinne, three of which (on the ground floor) have modern ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The remaining two bedrooms (on the first floor) share a bathroom together. One bedroom on the ground floor (and ensuite bathroom) is also fully equipped for wheelchair users.
There is also an inviting living room with a cosy, very well-equipped kitchen with a large long wooden table for cosy dining together on the rarer chilly days. A football game is also located here. Black steel accents and beautiful wooden components can be found throughout the house, giving it a soothing and luxurious feel.

Outside
Outside, you will find the beautiful huge, partially covered terrace (which you step onto through the sliding doors), for which original tiles have been used in the same tone as inside, making the living room seem even more spacious. The views from the terrace, surrounded by 5 hectares of private land, are simply extraordinary.
There is a long dining table outside, perfect for al-fresco dinners with the wooded landscape as a backdrop. There is also a 10-metre-long natural stone pool (and up to 6 m wide!) and a pool house. In the garden you will also find comfortable sunbeds and lounge chairs, a BBQ and more than enough playground for the kids! Ping-pong table available from season 2023.
From the multi-car parking area, a special path has been created for wheelchair users.
