The entrance into this stone built, newly refurbished property leads into a bright lounge. To the left is a twin bedroom (can be configured as a double) and shower room. To the right of the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen - dining room leading through to a large king bedroom. One additional person can be accommodated in the lounge on a comfortable sofa-bed.
Seperately to the Gite, an outdoor kitchen - Dining area is available, outdoor lounge, poolside bar and pool - all exclusively for your use.

Gite Papillon is situated on a property with large private and scure gardens with outdoor living space in the Lot et Garonne Countryside with direct access from a departmental road which joins the two popular and pretty bastide towns of Villereal and Castillonnes - each around 5km from the Gite.

We hebben 3 weken genoten van deze fijne Gite. Het verblijf is zeer compleet, alles klopt, is bijzonder schoon en heeft een smaakvolle, luxe inrichting. Vanwege ons langere verblijf was het mogelijk beddengoed te wisselen. Er was royaal voorzien in voorraad wasmiddel voor wasmachine en vaatwasser, toilet- en keukenpapier, koffie, thee en zelfs drankjes in de koeling bij het beach house (zelf ook weer aangevuld). Bovendien werden we verrast met een bijzonder ruimgevuld welkomspakket.
We hebben het ervaren als hotelservice!
Er is een fijn klein zwembad voor verkoeling, comfortabele ligbedden en zitjes rondom en een overdekte parkeerplaats voor een koele auto. Verder is er een heerlijke buitendouche, een tafeltennistafel, Pooltafel, wat luchtbedden en een dartbord voor het nodige vermaak.
Tijdens het verblijf heb je volledige privacy. De gite is gelegen in een rustig gebied, boodschappen en 1e dorp op korte afstand met de auto. Maar ook grotere steden zijn goed bereikbaar. We zouden het verblijf zeker aanbevelen en komen graag nog eens terug.
Restaurants, food & wine
A popular, local restaurant offering take away or eat in meals is available 600m from the restaurant, and the two nearby bastide towns have a host of restaurants and bars available. A ' must do' during your break is to attend one of the various fresh food markets or evening gatronomic markets which are available in the Summer months.
Our region is known for its' food and drink - several vineyard tours and tastings are available in the area and for those food lovers the regional duck specialities, wild mushrooms, foie gras and much more are available to enjoy either at the Gite or locally.
We work with a local private chef who is able to come to the property should this be of interest for a special occasion or to provide meals on arrival.

We do not charge a cleaning charge, therefore we request that the property is left clean as it was found and that bins are removed from the property.
The property is very suitable for Dogs, has a secure kennel and run if required - a 10€ per night supplement applies
