You have this beautiful 1.7-hectare estate entirely at your disposal. The accommodation consists of 2 cottages rented together:
Gite La Bergerie consists of a living room with a kitchen equipped with a gas cooker with oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher.
You can cook on the barbecue and have lunch or dinner on the covered terrace while watching the pool and enjoying the beautiful view.
A large bedroom with a double bed. A bathroom with bath and shower, toilet and washing machine.
Separately, and with its own bathroom, a bedroom with loft: on the ground floor a double bed and upstairs on the loft 2 single beds.
Gite "le bois", an independent cottage with a living room with a beautiful kitchen (dishwasher, hood, oven, ceramic hob, microwave TV). A bedroom and a bathroom with large shower, washing machine.
Outside a beautiful maintained garden with partially covered terraces, garden furniture, sun loungers and several barbecues. From the infinity pool (11 x 4, m) with a depth of up to 2 metres you have a beautiful unobstructed view over the hilly landscape. You may use the orchard with many kinds of fruit such as cherries, plums, apples, grapes, figs, reine claude, berries, blackberries and hazelnuts. There is also a boules court where you can enjoy a game of "pentanque" while having a drink.

Wat een heerlijke huisjes en omgeving! We hebben genoten van ons verblijf met de heerlijke tuin, het zwembad en het prachtige uitzicht. De omgeving biedt voldoende om te ontdekken en we zijn nog lang niet uitgekeken. We gingen met een beetje spijt naar huis, hier hadden we zo nog een week kunnen verblijven.

We thoroughly enjoyed a fantastic family holiday and found both Gites offered everything we needed and more. Our party comprised of four adults and four children ranging in age. The views are breathtaking and the pool & grounds are fantastic! and well maintained by Eric. Eric was a fantastic host who suggested some wonderful local places to visit. We made use of the cycle routes to pop to Maroux for fresh bread. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your property to our friends and family and would very much like to return in the future.

Hier kun je genieten van de rust en de ruimte in alle privacy! Heerlijk zwembad, lekker bbq’en, en genieten van het fantastische uitzicht! Er zijn genoeg leuke plaatsjes om te bezoeken in de omgeving en het huis ligt aan verschillende mountainbike routes. Ook wandelen kun je hier prima doen. Het huis en de gite bieden alles wat je nodig hebt en de service van Erik is top. Kortom, heerlijk ontspannen op vakantie:-)

The many medieval villages in the area have night markets during the summer period where you can enjoy a snack and a drink.
A stone's throw from Clot des Tilleuls is the Vin de Tsar vineyard where you can visit and enjoy the local wine.
Activities
The area around Masquierès is particularly beautiful and hilly, with lovely medieval villages such as Tournon d'Agenais, Pujols, Monflanquin and Penne d'Agenais. Discover the caves of Lastournelle and don't miss a visit to the castle of Bonaguil. There are cycling routes along the Lot River and many hiking trails nearby.
