Maison La Roche Summer Cottages Gite

Maison La Roche Summer Cottages are two attached stone cottages, each with 2 bedrooms. Ideal for 2 families or groups who may wish to have their own space occasionally as you have 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 small indoor dining areas in the kitchens, a large covered outdoor dining area in the courtyard garden to the rear of the properties and a large outdoor dining area under the pergola in the fully fenced garden.

The garden is just across the lane from the cottages and has a private 4m pool for cooling off in the heat of the summer (pool is heated when open and ambient air temperature is at least 20 degrees) and lots of space for sun bathing or relaxing in the shade of the trees. We have a large 50sqm decking platform/terrace which is perfect for dining, sunbathing or star gazing at night. 😁.

One of the cottages has a downstairs shower room with a downstairs double bedroom , downstairs shower room (ideal for people with reduced mobility) and there is an upstairs bedroom with a king size bed ensuite shower room. The Kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher, electric oven with gas hob. This cottage number 1 is slightly smaller 60sqm than the adjoining cottage 2.

The adjoining cottage 2 (80sqm) has two bedrooms upstairs both with en-suite shower rooms, 1 bedroom has a Kingsize 160cm wide bed, the other bedroom has a Super King Size 180cm wide Bed (or can be 2 twin beds) which makes these Gites ideal for 4 couples or families. 😁 All upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The kitchen is well equipped with a 2nd dishwasher, microwave and electric oven with gas hob. This kitchen opens out onto the shared courtyard where there is a beautiful covered terrace area with dining table and chairs, sofa etc.
There is also another toilet downstairs outside in the courtyard garden.
There is a washing machine available in Cottage 2.

Please note - 3 of the bedrooms are upstairs so this property is not recommended for people with mobility issues or toddlers. Children are to be supervised at all times and especially in the garden and pool area 🙏😊.

We do welcome well behaved and non aggressive and non shedding/non allergenic dogs by prior consent with the hosts before booking and we have a limit of 2 dogs. There is an extra charge for dogs, please select the “cleaning option” if bringing a dog. Thank you.

Your hosts Jo and Jamshid live on site, we are next door and on hand to assist if needed. We respect your privacy totally, and guests have priority over areas.

The fenced garden is for exclusive use of Gite guests, we will only enter to maintain pool and garden, preferably when not in use. The courtyard garden is shared with your hosts but priority will be given to gite guests 🥰.
