The house
GROUND FLOOR
Through the spacious entrance you enter the cosy living room with comfortable sofas and chairs. Of course there is the TV with all Dutch channels and CD player. In the summer the large ceiling fan is your friend. Through the large sliding doors you have a wonderful view of the large garden and the Château, through which you can observe the busy life of the foraging birds. A glance through the side window lets you enjoy the view of the herb garden with behind it the horseshoe. (A large open field)
The open kitchen with dining area has everything needed to make everyday life enjoyable. Everything is available in ample quantities with also attention for the little ones.
Also here is a large sliding door and both sliding doors are equipped with screens. There is also an awning on the kitchen side.
The intimate Bedroom with 2 single beds (box spring) is furnished with a wall-filling wardrobe with sliding doors. Then here again a tilt / tilt window equipped with a mosquito net.
The bathroom has been rebuilt. Among other things, there is now a walk-in shower and a hanging toilet A refreshing bathroom ensemble makes the metamorphosis complete. Moreover, the PVC laminate gives the whole a warm feeling.
Last but not least, a separate room where the washing machine, dryer and freezer are located.
FLOOR
On the upper floor there is a second toilet, which is quite handy, right?
Then we come to the children's bedroom which is nicely decorated. Here you will find firstly 2 separate children's beds and a chest of drawers. Secondly, there is also one and other of toys and books. The tilt / turn window is equipped with a mosquito net. The comfortable 3rd Bedroom with 2 single beds has a wardrobe and a sink with cold and hot water. Like the other rooms again that hor for the tilt / tilt window.
GARDEN
Holiday home 'Villa 50' is surrounded by terraces with various seating areas. A large picnic table and easy chairs contribute to the overall holiday feeling.
Under the pergola is a good place to be. Because of the lighting here, elsewhere in the garden and around the house, you can enjoy the evenings for a long time. Or maybe just all the lights out and drown in the starry sky. Or a completely different ambiance by means of candles. The choice is yours!

Leuk om als eerste hier een recensie te kunnen schrijven voor deze nieuwe accommodatie. Hier geweest in de zomer 2020. Ondanks de coronacrissis in dit jaar was alles perfect geregeld! Het compleet ingerichte huis heeft alles voor een heerlijke zonvakantie, zeker met kleine kinderen. Wij vonden de grote tuin met heel veel zitjes en speelruimte écht heel tof.
Restaurants, food & wine
In the season, there is the possibility to have dinner at the Château. In addition, Daumazan has a good restaurant: La Tomate. In France, you can find a restaurant in every village. What is nicer in the summer than to have dinner on a terrace and enjoy a snack, a drink and the surroundings?
