Holiday home 'Villa les Cigales' is set in its own grounds of 5000 m2

There is a shaded seating and dining area under the pergola with grapevine.
Next to the kitchen is a veranda with washing machine, extra-large fridge, tumble dryer and storage box for garden cushions.
The living room opens onto a large terrace overlooking a beautiful heated swimming pool (11 m x 6 m). On this terrace is a spacious seating and dining area and a summer kitchen equipped with a gas barbecue. From here you have a unique view of the valley with vineyards and the surrounding hills. In the distance you can see the Pyrenees with Col de Canigou ( 2 750 m).
Around the pool and the terrace is a beautifully landscaped garden with atmospheric evening lighting and sun beds for sunbathing.
The pool is shallow at the front and goes very slowly to deep with a diving well and is therefore accessible to both non-experienced and experienced swimmers.
In accordance with French law, this pool is equipped with an electronic alarm system to protect toddlers.
The heated pool (from April to September) is also equipped with a beautiful underwater lighting so that swimming in hot summer months has a special romantic touch.
The villa has central heating.
Pleasant detail: Manu comes at least 3 times a week to maintain the pool, so that the quality of the water is always maintained. Manu lives in the village;
In the village there is a grocery, a tavern-restaurant, a wine chateau, a supermarket, pharmacy, doctor's office, bank, tennis, garage at 3 km (Durban).
Under certain circumstances pets are allowed and one is requested to smoke outside the house this out of respect for holidaymakers coming after you.
