Maison le rêve

Welcome to 'Maison le rêve', a beautiful detached villa situated on a plot of over 1500 m2 on the outskirts of the authentic French village of Monoblet. The plot was fitted with a spacious swimming pool with lounge facilities in 2019. It comfortably accommodates 12 people. Monoblet is located between Anduze and Saint Hippolyte du Fort, near cities such as Nîmes, Montpellier and Mediterranean.
The villa and the wealth of Monoblet's immediate surroundings offer something for everyone. With no fewer than six spacious bedrooms, the villa is also perfect for holidays with a larger group or several families. The immediate surroundings of Monoblet offer a rich variety of activities. For example, the Parc National des Cevennes, of which Monoblet is a part, is ideal for hiking and cycling. There are beautiful medieval villages and towns, which still breathe the atmosphere of the past (such as Sauve, Anduze and Uzes). Golf lovers are well catered for at several courses about 45 min away. Much fun can be found in and around waterfalls, streams and rivers (e.g. the Gardon, Vidourle and Herault) and at the Mediterranean Sea. Of course, Burgundy lovers will also find plenty to enjoy in the many wine caves and wonderful restaurants.
Interior:
The house is tastefully, romantically decorated and has six double bedrooms, four with a double bed and two rooms with two single beds. There are two bathrooms. Through the entrance hall, you enter a spacious living room with sitting area with two sofas and two armchairs around the large fireplace. The dining area with a table seating 12 is located next to the very well-equipped open-plan kitchen.
From the entrance hall you also have access to two bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet.
The stairs lead to the first floor where you will find a spacious landing with a seating area, games, playing cards and many DVDs. There are also four spacious bedrooms on the first floor. The second bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower and double washbasin is also located here, as well as a separate toilet. Finally, on the first floor there is a separate room with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
The house has been designed with families with small children in mind. All necessities are provided, such as a camp bed, a wooden cot with sheets and blankets, a high chair, baby bath, potty, changing mat, playpen and bouncer.
All Dutch and French television channels can be received via satellite. The TV also has a DVD player. WiFi is installed in the house.
Exterior:
Through the French doors in the living room, you can access the covered terrace with stunning views of the surrounding area. In the garden there is a romantic wooden seat, deckchairs, sun loungers and hammock. In the courtyard between the house and outbuilding is an attractive garden set made of scrap wood with two benches and a table. This is a lovely place to enjoy the last rays of the sun at the end of the day under the mulberry trees and take a last dip in the illuminated pool. In the outbuilding there are children's bikes and other toys. Between the outbuilding and the pool is an outdoor kitchen with fridge, a barbecue set, a spacious dining table and deck chairs. A lovely place to sit in the evening sun and review the day.
The house is located opposite a playing field with a playground, basketball and football field.
