Holiday home Cayenne is a beautiful spacious Provencal villa, with spacious rooms and kitchen. The living room has a large extendable table for up to 14 people, a sitting area with 3-person sofa, 1 armchair and a pouf. A large three-door sideboard with lots of crockery, a glass cabinet with a large assortment of glasses.
The large modern kitchen has a very well equipped kitchen with hot air oven, microwave, induction plates, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, many cupboards and all necessary tools for cooking. The adjacent dining area has a panoramic view of the garden and terraces. This area has air conditioning.
Next to the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine, extra fridge and large freezer.
On the ground floor there is also a desk/television room with a nice sitting area and a large selection of mainly French books and a lot of documentation about places of interest.
A large staircase leads upstairs to the four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a large double bed, a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe. Two French doors open onto a solarium.
On the landing are two large built-in wardrobes.
Large very bright bathroom with two sinks, bathtub and separate shower, several closets.
A second bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe. A third bedroom with bed 120x90, for two children or 1 adult, a cot and a large hanging / wardrobe.
Fourth bedroom with two single beds and large wardrobe. Furthermore a bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and closet. An extra child's bed can be requested.
The whole is built with noble materials and tastefully and warmly furnished.
