Ons Petit Paradis

Beautifully located, slightly uphill and overlooking the hillside vineyards, on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Cebazan, you will find the detached holiday home 'Our Petit Paradis'. The house is equipped with all comforts such as Dutch television, a large private area, several terraces where you can use the available lounge set, furniture and sun loungers so you can enjoy the sun or shade, a pergola with seating in the garden and a private swimming pool.

The holiday home has a full kitchen with gas hob, combination microwave oven and fridge/freezer. Don't feel like cooking? Then you will find a lovely large outdoor barbecue on the terrace outside. The kitchen and living room open onto this terrace. The kitchen is open and connected to the living room where you can watch a wide selection of (Dutch) television channels. There are also DVDs which can be played with the available player. If you prefer not to relax 'digitally', we have games and Dutch books available for you in the cupboard. In the cupboard you will also find a folder containing information on the many excursions available in the area.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washing machine and washbasin.
The bedroom contains a double bed and large wardrobe to store your clothes. If you want to come with 4 people, this is also possible. In the living room we have a large sofa bed which can easily be converted into a double bed. Furthermore, the whole house has wooden shutters (for windows and doors) to keep it cool inside, or just to ventilate.
As we have children ourselves, the holiday home has been made child-friendly. There are separation gates, but also the pool is above ground and therefore safe for children. You can use the existing camp bed and highchair. But your dog is also welcome. We do ask for € 25 for extra cleaning costs.

Our Petit Paradis is located in the historic French province of Languedoc. This beautiful region is one of the warmest in France with especially very hot summers. Therefore, we have made it as comfortable as possible outside. There is a raised terrace around the house with lovely views, as well as furniture (table with 6 chairs) to have breakfast, relax or eat together in the evening. There is sufficient lighting around the house to be able to read a book outside even during the balmy summer evenings. Next to the swimming pool in the garden we have an area with 2 sunbeds and a luxurious parasol. Also, on the other side of the pool we have a large pergola with sliding roofing under which you will find the lounge set with children's bench, double sofa, 2 single chairs and table. A nice place to enjoy your local wine in the sun or shade. The grounds are also large enough to park your car(s).
