Le Beau Rêve

`Le Beau Rêve, a beautiful cosy cottage located in an authentic small village called Plaussenous in the Languedoc-Roussillon region.
Enjoying the Mediterranean climate, surrounded by forests, mountains, and rugged nature and a short drive from several beaches on the River Orb.

A 10-minute drive takes you to picturesque villages, where you will find the bakery and epicerie, as well as cosy restaurants, terraces, shops and markets. Leisure facilities such as hiking, canoeing, cycling (VTV) and swimming are also close by.

The cities of Beziers, Montpellier, Lac du Salagou and the seaside resort of Valras are only an hour's drive away.

The Gîte:
You enter through a spacious sunny terrace of approximately 40m2 overlooking the mountains.
The terrace is equipped with the necessary garden furniture, large parasol and outdoor fireplace that can also be used as a BBQ.
On the terrace, the garden doors open into the cosy living room with dining kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and there is a freezer in the storage room adjacent to the terrace.

The television has local French channels and via chromecast you can use various apps such as Netflix, NL Ziet.
Wifi is available throughout the gîte.

The cottage has 2 bedrooms with private bathroom with toilet

The staircase in the living room leads to the 1st bedroom, with large double bed and bathroom en suite.

The 2nd bedroom, with private entrance from outside, has a double bed or possibly 2 single beds and a bathroom with toilet en suite.
In this bathroom is also the washing machine.
There is a small sitting area with television and a small pantry for coffee and tea.

You can park near the house, which can be reached via a slightly sloping path through the village.
Due to several floors and a step here and there, the house is
unfortunately less suitable for the disabled.

A baby cot is available and we can add a bed for a 5th person if necessary.
Pets are welcome; a medium-sized basket and crate are available.

The rental includes linen, towels, kitchen package and final cleaning.

Due to the absence of the baker in the village, we can arrange for a breakfast basket to be ready on arrival for a small fee.
