Grauvière

Grauvière is a fine holiday home, situated in the most beautiful part of the Périgord Noir (Dordogne/Lot) and suitable for a maximum of 8 persons. Grauvière is surrounded by a large, partly enclosed garden with a lovely private heated swimming pool at the back where you can relax. The old fortified town of Gourdon with all facilities and numerous restaurants is only a 10 minute drive from your accommodation, a bakery and a good restaurant can be found in the nearby village at only a few kilometres distance.

Inside
Grauvière has a spacious living room with an open kitchen which is equipped with all modern conveniences. French doors give direct access to the terrace (120m2) and the swimming pool. There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom to the left and 2 bedrooms and bathroom to the right of the living room. Ideal for two families for example.

Outside
The garden of about 1500m2 (partially fenced) offers a lot of privacy and for the children there is a lawn to play/soccer. At the back of Grauvière there is the terrace and the swimming pool (with roman stairs) of 10 x 5mtr. Next to the house there is a driveway with sufficient parking space.
