The house
Eighteenth century house on a very quiet country road in the open field, with spectacular views in all directions. The thick walls are made of stone and the ceilings have (mostly old) beams. The floors are of varnished oak and chestnut wood and tiles. Each room has character.
There is a romantic terrace for al fresco dining, and much more space to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and the lovely swimming pool, which is in a quiet location in relation to the house.

Two beautiful towns (Souillac and Gourdon) are about fifteen kilometres away, with large supermarkets and everything you need.
The Dordogne River is ten minutes' drive away and the house is in an excellent position for other tourist attractions in the Dordogne.

The domain of almost 2 hectares consists of a main house with four bedrooms (three bathrooms), a large living room and a very large kitchen (both 50 m²!) and a side house with two bedrooms, its own kitchen and all amenities that are pleasant for a holiday. This makes the property ideal for a holiday with several families or a parent/grandparent combination.
