The house
The gîte Tournesol (sunflower) is an attractive holiday home on a small domaine for adults only.
It is suitable for 2 adults. The Tournesol is fully equipped including air conditioning.
The layout consists of a dining room with open kitchen and in a corner a separate alcove with a wardrobe. There is also a sitting room with a TV with chromecast connection.
Finally, a sleeping area with a double bed.
Next to the entrance is the wet room containing a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
In front of the Tournesol's entrance, there is a small seating area and 10 metres away is a sunny private terrace.
There is wifi everywhere.

Côte de Fumel' is located in a beautiful hilly landscape with beautifully situated villages, churches and country houses, which are often situated on high points. There are also numerous bastides, which are fortified towns built at the end of the Middle Ages on strategically located hills, such as Tournon, Roquecor, Montcuq and Beauville. The most beautiful bastides are Penne, Monflanquin, Lauzerte and Pujols. A visit to the abbey in Moissac, which is on the world heritage list, is definitely worthwhile. The same goes for the aqueduct in Agen.
From the Côte de Fumel, you can go hiking in many directions: just like that, via marked trails or along randonnée 652. Cycling is more difficult because of the hilly landscape, but for the real enthusiasts it is a challenge! With an electric bike, it is very doable.
On the domain the Cote de Fumel are 2 more gîtes, each with a lot of privacy. In addition, on another part of the domain, there is a small campsite with 6 places. The guests share the large swimming pool of 6 x 13 m2.

Wij hebben genoten van een zeer relaxte vakantie in alle rust. Rien en Saskia zijn uitermate gastvrij, alles keurig geregeld. De table d’hôte was heel gezellig!

Prachtig gelegen en prima verzorgd onderkomen, Rien en Saskia zijn zeer gastvrij en geen moeite was hun te veel om het ons naar de zin te maken, erg genoten van de table d’hotes prima verzorgd en erg gezellig. Kortom een aanrader voor een relaxte, maar ook actieve vakantie

Côte de Fumel' lies exactly between the Cahors wine region in the east and the beginning of the Bordeaux wine region in the west. A visit to a few caves is worthwhile: Look, Taste, Compare.
Activities
Besides peace and quiet on the Cote de Fumel, you will find a swimming lake with many water sport activities at 10 km and 2 golf courses within a radius of 25 kilometres. You can canoe and fish in the river Lot and there are several walking and cycling routes directly from the Cote de Fumel. On our 3 ha terrain you will find a large swimming pool, a table tennis table, a jeu-de-boules court and several seats with a beautiful view over the valley.
