L'Oustal du Viaur

L'Oustal du Viaur is a gite complex consisting of three independent gites with shared grounds and a large swimming pool. The grounds are shared by the owners who have a separate dwelling
on site. The first gite is a spacious two bedroom gites with a master bedroom and a triple bedroom a large kitchen diner and a sitting room. There is a shower room and WC on the ground floor and a bathroom and WC on the first floor. It has its own patio with a sun canopy. The second gite sits alongside the first and can be linked to the first by a ground level door and an upstairs door. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen diner, a shower room and Wc and then a cozy twin bedroom. On the second floor is a lounge with access to a balcony and a large double bedroom. Up under the eves is the master bedroom and a lovely bathroom with wc. The final gite is across the pebbled courtyard. This gite has a very big patio with great views over the gorge, inside there is a triple bedroom on the ground floor, a large open kitchen and lounge and has a shower room and Wc off the living room area. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms and the family bathroom and WC. The complex has a games store with badminton, table tennis, boules equipment and other small games and there is a laundry with two washing machines a dryer, ironing facilities and the site recycling section. Please note that we are a family site, we live on site and are situated in a hamlet with elderly neighbours; The property is not suitable as a party venue and we politely request that outside music is turned off and noise is kept to a minimum after 12 midnight.
