Le petit Paradis

Our detached house with private heated pool is located on the Residence 'Le Jardin du Golf'; near the village of Nans-les-Pins in Provence approx. 40 km from Aix en Provence. It is a small park consisting of 59 houses. The houses are exclusively from private owners and built on spacious plots of about 400 m2 to about 1100 m2. for the detached villas. In the park, much attention has been paid to privacy, comfort and safety and also to the design and maintenance of the gardens.

The ground floor of our house consists of a spacious living room, a spacious bedroom with box spring beds, a large bathroom including toilet and walk-in shower, a separate toilet in the hall and the garage. The ground floor is easily accessible for disabled persons and/or wheelchair users. Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms, all equipped with 2 single box-spring beds that together form a generous double bed. On the top floor there is also a bathroom including shower and toilet.

At the back of the house and at the side of the house are terraces where you can enjoy the Provençal sun all day long. Shrubs and trees provide the necessary privacy. The garden at the front is in spring and summer adorned by flowering rose bushes and in summer also by the many flowering lavender bushes. Behind the house there is a nice spacious tiled terrace and next to the house there is a spacious 'gravel terrace'; and a little lower is the (heated) private swimming pool. Some mulberry trees provide the necessary shade during the hot summer days. From the garden you have a nice overview of a part of the park and an impressive view of the mountain range 'La Sainte Baume', which can also be reached by a challenging walk.

Our house is fully equipped, ideal for a larger family, 2 small families or grandparents with children and grandchildren. (Our house in early and late season also for rent as a four or six person (plus!) House. Special rates apply).
Through the hall you have access to the living room, the bedroom downstairs and the garage. The open kitchen has a large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and microwave, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine etc. From the living room you can access the terraces at the back and the side of the house through sliding doors. In the garage you will find the washing machine and dryer and also a large fridge/freezer. In the garden is a gas BBQ.
Practically around the corner is an 18-hole golf course located. While the famous coastal towns (Cassis, Bandol etc.) are about half an hour's drive away. The larger cities (Aix-en-Provence and Marseille) are also easy to drive to.
In high season the change-over day is Saturday. In low season you can change every day, except Sundays and Wednesdays.
