The completely renovated house is an old stone house, equipped with all modern comforts, for 18 people.
On the ground floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed, a baby cot is available in room 1, and an extra single bed in room 2.
On the first floor there are 3 additional bedrooms:
room 3: the ideal children's room, with 2 bunk beds,
room 4 and 5: 2 single beds in each room.
A very spacious terrace can be accessed directly from room 5.
A bathroom with large shower is located on each floor. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.
The living room is spacious and cosy, with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
From the living room you can go directly to the terrace and the garden, garden furniture and barbecue are at your disposal.
The vaulted cellar of the villa was completely renovated in 2023 and furnished for 6 extra people.
You will find a bedroom with a double bed, a dormitory with 2 double beds each with privacy, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a reception room with fridge, spread over 80m² of extra space.
Here you will find the perfect mix of charm with natural stones and comfort of new!
The giant swimming pool (12x6m) is secured by fence. The river "Le Chassezac" is a few minutes' walk away.
