The house
A detached house with a 1ha garden, relatively flat, with terrace, lawn and swimming pool, within walking distance of the river.
A large terrace (with tables, chairs & loungers) and a large flat garden surround the house.
*From May to early September there are 2 heated outdoor swimming pools nearby :
AT 16 KM in Vals-les-Bains : 50M for swimming & children's pool with slide & plunge pool
AT 12 KM in Aubenas : 25M for swimming & paddling pool with jacuzzi & paddling pool
*Many beautiful swimming spots in the rivers nearby
*Possibility to install an inflatable paddling pool in the garden
*All year round you have an indoor swimming pool in the wellness centre of Vals-les-Bains at 16KM and a swimming pool in Aubenas at 12KM.

Activities
Just about all outdoor sports are possible in the Ardèche.
First, big and small walks, cycling or mountain biking.
Now you also have the possibility of renting an electric bike with specially mapped routes.
Swimming in the river, plan d'eau and even in an outdoor Olympic swimming pool (50m) with water slide in the park of the nearby spa town of Vals-les-Bains.
On your own initiative or with a group leader: tree & wall climbing on specially equipped sites, canyoning (descending the river on foot, swimming & jumping), caving & the famous kayaking and canoeing in the canyoning or lower reaches of the river Ardèche.
Day trips by car, motorbike or (electric) bike are mapped out and extensively described in Dutch. You can drive to the mountain plateau and climb a volcanic mountain in one hour, stop to swim under the Devil's Bridge or admire the beautiful canyoning of the lower Ardèche river.
Through my experience as a guide in the Ardèche, I can send you to beautiful spots, both well-known and unprecedented unique places.

Further remarks
3 bedrooms included in rate, very comfortable for 8 people.
Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 in the dining room (kitchen is separate).
The attic space has enough room for several beds (photo on request as the painting works are still in progress).
The price of final cleaning is 70€ (you can also clean yourself).
A deposit of 300€ will be asked upon arrival (refunded upon departure)
