The house
La Colline is a large, comfortable house with plenty of space, peace and quiet and privacy.
With spacious terraces and a beautiful view over the valley.
The spacious kitchen has a dishwasher, a four-burner cooker with oven and a large refrigerator with separate freezer.
The cosy living room offers a lot of comfort with, among other things, a fireplace and a beautiful view.
The attractive large and cool bedroom has twin beds. There is an extra bed for a third person.
The house has a modern bathroom with an extra large shower.

On a sun-drenched slope, north of Privas, lies the 18th-century hamlet of Burg.
A dozen houses are grouped around a spring, built on archways, separated by picturesque courtyards and terraces.
Accessible via stepped streets and overbuilt gates.
A beautiful place to enjoy your holiday in peace.
A communal 8m x 4m swimming pool is available.

5 kilometres from le hameau de Burg, lies the village of Ollières sur Eyrieux.
Here you will find some shops for your first groceries, restaurants and a post office.
A little further away in St Saveur de Montagut is a bank, petrol station and supermarket.
Every Friday morning in La Voulte there is a large, cosy Provençal market.
At 14 kilometres is Privas, the capital of Ardèche, a typical French provincial town.
The house is centrally located in the "Parc Régional des Monts d'Ardèche.
Special trips can be made in all directions, such as to the Ardèche Gorges, towns like Aubenas and also the Ardèche plateau, with its wild, rugged nature and beautiful views, is worth a day trip.
The many hours of sunshine make the Ardèche an ideal holiday destination. In spring and autumn, too, the mild climate, the blossom and the colourful autumn make it a great place to be.

Local delicacies such as fresh goat's cheese from the farm, chestnuts, peaches and apricots from the
apricots from the Eyrieux valley, artisanal ice cream and, of course, local wines.
Activities
La Colline is centrally located in the Ardèche and cultural and sporting activities are possible in all directions.
In the direct surroundings, you can make fantastic hikes and cycle tours.
For the necessary cooling, there are several swimming spots.
