The house
Spacious living room with sitting area and fireplace, television with Dutch channels. Dining room with dining area and double sliding doors giving access to the covered terrace. Open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave. Washing machine and dryer available.
The villa has four bedrooms, all suitable for two persons. Two bathrooms, one with shower cubicle and washbasin and one with bath, washbasin and toilet. The villa is equipped with wifi internet. The beds are made upon arrival.
Outside: garden with covered terrace equipped with garden furniture, private swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 1.50 m) with Roman steps. The private pool is open from April to October. Ample parking on private property.
The villa is located next to Villa Bienvenue and these 2 villas can therefore be easily rented for larger groups. If you are travelling with a large party, it is nice to rent two adjacent villas!

The lively Ruoms, just north of Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche, once started out as a monastery. Around it, a village slowly grew up that is now a popular holiday spot. During your stay at Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche, a visit to the city of Alès should not be missed. Would you rather stay close to the holiday park? Then make sure you spend an afternoon in Vallon Pont d'Arc, a historic town and centre for cultural tourism.

It is not surprising that so many nature lovers choose to stay in Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche. The large variation in altitude and climate guarantees a rich variety of trees, plants and flowers. It is an excellent area for spotting all kinds of birds of prey, and towards nightfall, deer, roe deer and wild boar appear on the forest edges. In the many caves, countless bats hibernate.
Gorges de l'Ardeche
Rough nature forms manifest itself in the famous Réserve Naturelle des Gorges de l'Ardèche and in the nearby Bois de Païolive. The rocks in this forest sometimes seem to have been scattered by a giant's hand. Due to erosion, they have taken on all kinds of bizarre shapes. The many caves in the Ardeche are also worth visiting during your holiday!
