Villa Aux Lions is a detached 8-person villa with private pool located on the holiday park Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche near the charming village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc.

The park Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche has a large communal swimming pool, petanque courts, tennis courts, table tennis tables, children's playground and a multi-sports ground where you can play football, basketball or volleyball. The park is located on the river Ardèche, 5 minutes from the centre of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc with its authentic streets and cosy terraces.

The spacious and tastefully furnished villa Aux Lions with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is situated in a beautiful location within the luxury villa park and the villa and garden offer a lot of privacy. The living room with separate sitting and dining area and a spacious open-plan kitchen offer plenty of options and space to enjoy with family and friends. A double sliding door opens onto the cosy covered terrace. The living room is equipped with electric radiators, but also with a cosy wood-burning fireplace, (wonderfully warm in spring and autumn). A large Smart TV with Dutch channels and a DVD player. The whole house is equipped with mosquito nets and has shutters to keep the heat out. The beds are made on arrival.

The fully equipped kitchen has all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, a second fridge with extra-large freezer compartment, coffee machine, Senseo, kettle, microwave and oven.
On the ground floor you will also find 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a built-in hall closet and a separate toilet. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 box-spring beds (210 x 90 cm) with bedside tables, a large wardrobe with hanging and shelf space, a mirror with chest of drawers and a chair. Through the French doors, you have unobstructed views of the garden and surrounding mountains and can walk straight into the swimming pool. The second bedroom is at the front of the villa. This room also has French doors and is equipped with two box-spring beds (200 x 80 cm) and bedside tables, a large wardrobe with hanging and laying area, a mirror and a chair. Both bedrooms are equipped with a ceiling fan. All beds have single duvets and pillows. The bathroom has a modern bathroom unit with sink and a spacious shower with low step, and is therefore also suitable for the disabled. A hairdryer is available. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
On the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and toilet. The first bedroom is at the front of the villa. Again, 2 box-spring beds (200 x 80cm) with bedside tables, two large chests of drawers, a chair and a mirror. The cosily furnished fourth bedroom is at the back of the villa with nice views of the garden and swimming pool. Again, two box-spring beds (200 x 80cm) with bedside tables, a wardrobe with hanging and laying area, a chair and a mirror. Also upstairs, the beds have single duvets and pillows. Bathroom with modern bathroom unit with sink, bathtub and toilet. Also on this floor is a large covered balcony overlooking the garden and pool. The balcony has clotheslines and there is also a small billiard table. Great for playing a game in the shade! From the balcony you can also see the river.

Outside:
Back downstairs, you walk from the living room through the sliding doors onto the spacious covered terrace where you can enjoy the outdoors. The terrace is equipped with a large table with eight adjustable chairs and 2 parasols. An electric barbecue is also available for guests. The garden is well screened, offers enough privacy and is enclosed with fences so dogs and (small) children cannot run away. At the back of the garden there is a jeu de boules court with lighting, great for an evening game! The private swimming pool has 6 adjustable sun beds. The pool is safely closed with an electric roller cover. Pool heating allows the pool to be heated throughout the rental season. Professionals take care of the weekly maintenance. After swimming, you can take a nice shower under the outdoor shower (with hot water column). The private pool is open from April to October.

In the garage/storage room you will find the washing machine and dryer and the electric barbecue. Here you will also find a bicycle with pannier ready for you to fetch fresh bread from the bakery in the morning. In the hallway cupboard you will find an ironing board and iron and a crate with outdoor toys and petanque balls.
A safe is available in the villa. From 1 April 2024, the villa is equipped with superfast fibre-optic internet. Pets are allowed.

At the villa itself there is space for 2 - 3 cars to park. There is also a charging station available to charge your electric car, the costs are € 0.50 per kWh. The cost of using the charging station will be charged afterwards.

The villa is walker-friendly and because of the shower with low step in the downstairs bathroom, the bedrooms downstairs and the passages without thresholds, suitable for the disabled.
