The house
Spacious living room with sitting area and fireplace, television with ESPN and Dutch-language channels and 2GB internet connection via fibre optic cable. Dining room with dining area and double sliding doors giving access to the covered terrace. Open kitchen with dishwasher, 2 fridges with separate freezer compartment, oven and microwave. Washing machine and dryer available.
The villa has four bedrooms, all suitable for two persons. There is a fan in each bedroom. There are two bathrooms. The first is on the ground floor, with a shower cubicle and washbasin and the second bathroom is on the first floor, with bath, in which you can also shower, washbasin and toilet. As the downstairs bathroom has a shower cubicle without a high step, the villa is also suitable for disabled people.
The villa is equipped with wifi internet. The beds are made for you on arrival.
Outside: garden with covered terrace equipped with garden furniture, heated private pool (9 x 4 m, depth 1.40 m) with Roman steps. The private pool is open from April to October. There are 8 sun beds around the pool, a large parasol and retractable sun blinds. Ample parking on private property. From May 2023, there is an additional canopy with a pool table underneath and a competition-sized table tennis sheet that can be placed on the pool table, a dartboard and a fine lounge set.
In the fully enclosed garden you will also find a large boules court. The court can also be used as a small sports field; there is a sports net to play badminton, for example! Badminton rackets, bocce balls,
table tennis bats and balls are all available. From the garden and from the balcony you have a beautiful view of the surroundings.
In the garden is a gate to the neighbouring villa, Villa Avalon. If you are travelling with a large party, it is nice to rent two adjacent villas!

Villa Vivre is suitable for eight people with a private pool. There are approximately 100 holiday villas in the holiday park, and guests can use the tennis courts and communal swimming pool free of charge.
In the garden there is a gate to the neighbouring villa, Villa Avalon. If you travel with a large group, it is nice to rent two adjacent villas!

The cultural wealth of the Ardeche
Although the surroundings of Villa Vivre are mainly dominated by rough nature and swaying vineyards, the area has many picturesque villages. The lively Ruoms, just north of Villa Vivre, once started out as a monastery. Around it slowly grew a village that is now a popular holiday spot. During your stay in Villa Vivre, a visit to the city of Alès should not be missed. Do you prefer to stay close to the holiday park? Then be sure to spend an afternoon in Vallon Pont d'Arc, a historic town and centre for cultural tourism.
The beautiful surroundings of Villa Vivre
It is not surprising that so many nature lovers choose for a holiday in Villa Vivre. The great variation in altitude and climate guarantees a rich variety of trees, plants and flowers. It is an excellent area for spotting birds of prey of all kinds and at nightfall deer, roe deer and wild boar appear at the edges of the woods. In the many caves, countless bats hibernate.
Gorges de l'Ardeche
Rough nature forms manifest itself in the famous Réserve Naturelle des Gorges de l'Ardèche and in the nearby Bois de Païolive. The rocks in this forest sometimes seem to have been scattered by a giant's hand. Due to erosion, they have taken on all kinds of bizarre shapes. The many caves in the Ardeche are also worth visiting during your holiday!
