In this 18th century stone house, you'll find the atmosphere and charm of a country residence combined with modernity and tradition * You'll have access to an outdoor Spa/JACUZZI where you can relax in water at 37°.
* In the Gite, the living room has retained its old oak floors, beamed ceiling and new whitewash plasterwork. * There is an old china cabinet with a magnificent bare stone vault.
* The country-style kitchen has a 3-metre long farm table.
* Two comfortable bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin, offer peace and quiet.
On the kitchen side, with its direct access to the countryside and garden, there is a terrace where you can share the flavours of local cuisine with family and friends.
* You can also relax on the banks of the private lake (250 m) and go FISHING: good fish stocks.
This gîte for 4 people is included in the farmhouse with the "Maison de Ferme" gîte. Each gite has its own private entrance and private garden. Pets are not allowed. Vehicle recharging point on site, with a weekly charge.
