The house
It is in the heart of the Drome Provençale, in a magnificent setting, that we welcome you to our gite, La Martinelle, which is completely new. The gite is located in a farmhouse not overlooked by the owners. You will be seduced by its functionality, its location and its view. The gite has its own private heated swimming pool. The gite has a private heated swimming pool, a shaded parking space and a garden in the middle of 6 hectares of meadow surrounded by the mountains.
The gite has a large terrace at the entrance, a few metres from the pool, for your outdoor meals and barbecue or plancha. A fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, open to a living room, followed by a toilet, 2 bedrooms with a bathroom in each room.
One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) + a single bed (90 cm) + bathroom with shower and single washbasin.
One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) + bathroom, shower and double sink.
The household linen is provided, towel, bath towel, sheet, house sheet, dish towel.
For lovers of walking, hiking, biking, mountain biking, horse riding, superb trails and paths await you near the gite. you will find all shops within 2 minutes by car or 10-15 minutes by foot through the small medieval village of chateauneuf de mazenc.
Want to get away from it all with your horse? The gite can accommodate riders with their horses.
A saddlery, grooming area, paddocks with good quality hay are at your disposal for the reception and accommodation of your horse. Numerous walks and hikes are close to the gite and will help you discover the beauty of the Drome countryside.
