The house
Our comfortable holiday home La Françonne - blanc, facing south-west, has a private garden and terrace with beautiful views of the village of Mirabel aux Baronnies.
Inside is a living area with dining and sitting area and, separated by a decorative curtain, a double bed. Also a bedroom with bunk beds. The beds are all 2 metres long and have separate mattresses and duvets. On request, we can add a baby bed and chair free of charge.
There is also a spacious wardrobe.
The kitchen is solid and modern, with fridge + freezer, microwave, oven, pots and pans, coffee machine and kettle.
Free wifi offers the possibility to receive Dutch TV channels via internet.
Outside on the terrace there is a dining table with 4 chairs and sun loungers.
A washing machine, hoover and barbecue are available.
This holiday home is very suitable for families (max. 2 children) or couples.
As shown in the photos, the furnishings are modern, functional and solid. The fenced swimming pool is nearby and is heated in spring and autumn.

Our holiday home, with a private garden and terrace and plenty of privacy, is located amid the vineyards of the Côtes du Rhône. The house offers a wonderfully relaxing stay in Provence. It is located on a very nicely vegetated property, with many fragrant shrubs and herbs.
In the grounds themselves, some 30 metres from the cottage, there is a securely fenced heated swimming pool, where you will also find a wooden sun terrace with partly artificial grass. There is sun there, but also shade from large trees.
From the pool you have a view of Mont Ventoux, a great attraction for hikers and cyclists. Hiking in this area is a wonderful experience. Every wind direction you choose offers different views. Sometimes you imagine yourself in Tuscany, sometimes in the Alps.
Every season has its charms in this region. We are therefore open all year round. The Provencal markets, nature and cultural destinations are well worth a visit. Towns like Vaison-la-Romaine and Nyons are within 10km of the gîtes.
The village of Mirabel is 500 metres away, where you will find bakers for your daily fresh croissant. There are also a self-service shop, some bistros, a medical centre etc.
Visitors come back year after year to make new discoveries all the time.
