The house
This contemporary villa has a spacious luxury kitchen with a large dining table The living room (with air conditioning) has comfortable sofas and armchairs. The 35m2 veranda can be opened or completely closed with sliding windows. Here there are 4 armchairs and a dining table for four. From the veranda there is a beautiful view of Mont Ventoux. There is a large dining table and comfortable garden chairs. Here you look towards the vineyards and the river Ouvèze. You can swim in the large swimming pool. There are sun loungers with parasols by the pool. Under a group of shady oak trees is a beautiful gazebo with a large dining table and garden chairs.
There are 2 comfortable bedrooms (one with air conditioning, the other is north-facing). The beds are 1.60 and 1.80. The 1.80 bed can be changed into two single beds on request. There is a contemporary bathroom, with a nice spacious walk-in shower and a whirlpool.
Your bikes can be safely stored in the shed if you wish.
The Dutch owners use the studio on the ground floor.It is separate from the villa and has its own entrance, giving you complete privacy.

L'Isclèze is located one and a half kilometres outside Mollans sûr Ouvèze, on 3100m2 land. The house borders vineyards and an orchard for truffles.
You have a magnificent view, including the Mont Ventoux.
Mollans has 2 bakers, a butcher, and a small épicerie. There is a 'tabac' with a nice terrace at the bridge over the Ouvèze.

Samen met onze kinderen (18 en 21 jaar) twee overheerlijke weken bij René en Eddy verbleven. Een prachtig huis, met heerlijk zwembad, mooie tuin en van alle gemakken voorzien. Altijd wel een plekje in de zon/schaduw te vinden. Bij aankomt stond al een drankje in de koelkast klaar, waar we meteen gebruik van hebben gemaakt. René en Eddy, bedankt voor jullie goede zorgen en leuke tips. We hebben ons als god in Frankrijk gewaand. Dank jullie wel!

Wat een mooie plek , een zeer ruime gite cq huis compleet en smaakvol ingericht met een prachtig zwembad en diverse zitjes inde tuin en een groot terras. Werkelijk voortreffelijke en aardige gastheren , René en Eddie . We hebben genoten . Weer een nieuw adres gevonden in de Provence . We komengraag weer terug !

Restaurants, food & wine
In the Drôme Provençale, you will find plenty of vineyards (Côtes du Rhône), olives, apricots, lavender and truffles. Mollans is located in a hilly area and is part of the region Baronnies. In the immediate vicinity are many beautiful old villages. The towns Vaison la Romaine, Buis les Baronnies and Nyons are at short distance. There you will find busy weekly markets.
There are many restaurants to find. We gladly give you tips.
Activities
The house is located in a hilly area, which is very inviting for hiking. There are hiking books with beautiful routes waiting for you.
The owners know the area very well and know plenty of walks that are not described.
The region is eminently suitable for cycling. The hilly landscape is challenging. Mont Ventoux is 'around the corner'. There are plenty of beautiful car trips to make. The owner is happy to recommend the best routes.
The swimming pool has an outdoor shower. Use of the sauna is possible on request.
