This Savoyard farmhouse dating from 1820 has been tastefully renovated and is set in mountainous and natural surroundings, close to the village of Thônes.
The farmhouse is located in the heart of nature and comprises 120 m2 of living space with parking, terrace, garden, kitchen, living room, dining room, shower room, toilet, 3 bedrooms including a small bedroom adjoining the house (2 bedrooms on the ground floor, 1 bedroom on the 1st floor).
The other part of the first floor is reserved for the owner who lives there without opposite and with an independent entry.
The price includes: (sheets, wood for the fireplace, water, electricity, heating, cleaning....). Everything is included.
Pets allowed: 1 pet only.
For the winter season, please bring suitable equipment for your vehicle. (snow tyres and snow chains or snow socks).
