Enjoy your well-earned mountain holiday, in a beautifully renovated spacious 4-star chalet equipped with every possible comfort and luxury!
The chalet is ideally located in a snow-sure ski area of 310 km of interconnected slopes, surrounded by unspoilt nature and beautiful views. In summer, there are plenty of opportunities for cycling, hiking, swimming and touring by car, or motorbike.
The chalet is ideal for families and friends and includes a large living room with fireplace, a luxury kitchen, bean coffee machine, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, free WIFI, large television with built-in chromecast, a sauna, garage with ski and bike storage, a south-facing garden and balcony!
On the ground floor, you can relax in the spacious living room by the fireplace or in front of the TV with Dutch channels. There is plenty of room at the long dining table for long meals and board games. The balcony adjacent to the living room provides access to the garden. The luxury kitchen has an induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven/microwave, espresso machine, kettle and extensive inventory. In the garage you will find space for skis, snowboards and there is a ski boot heater. Here you can also store bikes and motorbikes.
On the first floor you will find two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms have 2 single box springs. The first bathroom has a luxurious jacuzzi (incl. shower), toilet and double washbasin. The second bathroom has a shower and a spacious washbasin. On the large mezzanine you will find a play corner.
There are three bedrooms in the sous-sol. One bedroom contains 2 single box springs. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, this room also offers a door to the outside, to the lower garden. The third bedroom has two bunk beds. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. In the technical room you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
There is also a luxurious sauna in the garden.

Saint Sorlin d'Arves has a cosy atmosphere. The village is built in the authentic Savoyard style. Within walking distance are the ski lifts, slopes, restaurants and shops. There are also several hiking and MTB routes. For cyclists, Col de la Croix de Fer, Col du Glandon, Col de la Madeleine, Alpe d'Huez and Col du Galibier are nearby. The mountain village and its surroundings offer many opportunities for activities, relaxation and enjoyment. It is therefore the ideal base in both winter and summer.

Saint Sorlin d'Arves has several bakeries and supermarkets, a butcher and other shops. There are several restaurants, some of which are also open in the pre-season and during the summer months. There is also a bowling alley and cafés and discos. Close to the house are a climbing forest, playground, bowling alley, mountain lakes and tennis courts. In summer and winter, the village regularly organises activities for young and old.

There are several good restaurants (with Savoyard cuisine) in the village. There is also a cheese farm where Beaufort is made.

Winter:
Saint Sorlin d'Arves is located at 1,600 metres altitude in the Les Sybelles ski area, with 310 kilometres of slopes of all levels! The ski area goes up to 2,620 metres altitude and is very snow-sure. Saint Sorlin d'Arves is a real winter sports village. From the village you can take several lifts into the ski area. Ski lift Plan de Moulin is 400 metres from the chalet. There is also a ski lift in the centre of the village. The free ski bus stop is right outside the chalet door. Optionally, you can ski back up to 150 metres from the property. In the centre is the ski school. 50 metres from the chalet is a sledge slope for young and old.
Summer:
Saint Sorlin d'Arves lends itself perfectly to beautiful tours in nature, by bike, on foot or by motorbike. Past the chalet runs the route towards the top of the Col de la Croix de Fer and the Col du Glandon. The river Arvan and several hiking trails are in the chalet's vicinity. During July and August, several chairlifts for hikers or mountain bikers (downhill trails) run in both Saint Sorlin d'Arves, Saint Jean d'Arves and Le Corbier. Mountain climbing, Via Ferrata, donkey rides, horse riding and sleigh dog rides are also among the possibilities. There are also opportunities for mountain climbing (towards Glacier Etendard), rock climbing, hut tours and paragliding. Near the village is a real climbing forest and a riding school. This is fun for young and old. There is also a donkey farm nearby. Be sure to buy a local cheese at the cheese farm and visit the church (from 1603) opposite the Chalet.
