The house
We, Rik and Sasja, have been running a small-scale B&B in the beautiful Haute-Saône department since July 2022, in a small hamlet in beautiful nature. We rent out a stylish short-stay studio for 2 to 3 people. The Flower Studio is situated on the ground floor and has its own entrance with a small kitchenette. It is possible to rent an extra private room with private bathroom and toilet on the first floor. You are a guest in our house and have free use of our swimming pool and sauna.

Our village of Vougécourt is located in the Haute-Saone department, about 600 km from Utrecht. We are situated roughly in the middle of the three cities of Nancy, Besançon and Dijon. A 10-minute drive away is a beautiful little river Coney where you can swim in summer. In winter 15 minutes away you can ski. Near us is the oldest glass factory in France, which is worth a visit.

There are some restaurants in the area to suit all tastes. These can only be reached by car. There is also a possibility for table d'hòtes. The hostess can cook delicious and diverse dishes. She takes dietary requirements into account. Just under an hour's drive away is Alsace, home to renowned wines.
Activities
Our B&B is located in an area for those seeking peace and quiet. This part of France has stood still for years with few buildings and industry. The somewhat larger cities are about 1 hour's drive away. So if you are looking for peace and quiet, you have come to the right place. Lots of woods, wide open fields, green hills and, more than an hour away, the Vosges mountains. You can enjoy walking, cycling, swimming in natural waters, visit cosy markets in summer and enjoy a good glass of wine on our terrace with its beautiful view. We also offer various packages such as Walking & Wellnes, yoga lessons, massages etc. in cooperation with professionals in the area.
