Sage Cottage is a lovely cottage providing 3* accommodation. The cottage has a good sized fully fitted kitchen and sitting room. There are 2 bedrooms with spiral stairs going up into each bedroom. Bed 1 has a double bed and Bed 2 has a double bed and a single bed, the bathroom is in between the 2 bedrooms. Outside eating area with table, chairs and parasol, bbqs, garden games and trampoline.

La Marette is set in approximately 2 acres of garden and orchard bordered by fields and woodland. A perfect spot to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. Situated close enough to the N12 to be a great advantage to reach airports, ports and cities such as Rennes, but not so close as to be a nuisance. St Malo port 50 minutes, Dinard airport 30 minutes and Rennes airport 40 minutes away.
La Marette is perfectly situated to explore Brittany.
Beaches are about 40 mins away, and you have lots to choose from. Saint Cast Le Guido has a lovely beach and as you drive around the point the views always takes my breath away as you come round each corner you come to yet another beautiful bay.
Dinan is a beautiful town and very quirky with its cobbled streets and wonky buildings – Thursday morning is market day in Dinan and well worth the visit.
If you are a cyclist or enjoy a good walk there are many cycle routes in the area and up at Jugon les Lacs plenty of walks around the lake as well as various other activities.
From Mont St Michel to the Granite Coast there is plenty to explore.

Heerlijk huisje. Voorzien van alles. Heerlijke stille en rustige omgeving. Als je tot rust wilt komen ben je hier aan het goede adres. Grote tuin waar de kinderen kunnen spelen. Lieve poezen die af en toe is komen kijken. Goede uitvalsbasis voor de omgeving. Snellader voor de elektrische auto heel dicht in de buurt.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sage cottage. Our cottage/gite was clean and well facilitated with what you would normally expect including a washingmachine and dishwasher. The gites lie in a quite surrounding with a large garden. The hostess, Sarah, is nice and helpful. She is available for all kinds of questions and information. Furthermore, you can go at own pace. Highly recommended!
We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Sage cottage. De cottage/gite was schoon en goed gefaciliteerd met wat je mag verwachten van een vakantiehuis plus een wasmachine en vaatwasmachine. De gites liggen in een rustige omgeving met een grote tuin. De gastvrouw, Sarah, is aardig en behulpzaam. Zij is beschikbaar voor allerlei vragen en informatie. Verder kan je je eigen gang gaan. Een echte aanrader!

We had a lovely stay at Sage Cottage. The kids had a wonderful time playing around in the garden. The cottage is quite spacious and had everything you might need. We enjoyed our self catered meals and family time in the garden. Sarah is a lovely host and did everything to make us feel a home. She knows the surroundings very well which was really helpful.
We left with pain in our hearts but with lots of beautiful memories. We hope to come back one day. Thank you!Agnes, Guido, Tymon and Andor

Restaurants in Caulnes, Broons, St Meen le Grand and Dinan - plenty to choose from.
With a chef living onsite, during high season you can enjoy the Plat du Jour in your gite.
Activities
There are plenty of Golf courses available from 20 to 40 minutes away.
Lots of walks and bicycle routes along the River Rance and through the countryside.
It is possible to hire bicycles locally, delivered to the gite for your convenience.
Jugon les Lacs has a variety of water sports and Dolo has a zip wire water skiing lake.
From Dinan to Rennes to Dinard to Cap Frehel, plenty to explore.

Additional price info and offers
Electricity costs – each cottage has an electric meter. A reading will be taken on arrival and on departure - you will find that the standard daily allowance of 8kw should be more than enough during the summer months, however, should you exceed this (for heating for example), an additional charge of 0.20c per unit will be incurred and needs to be paid in cash prior to departure.
