A converted artist's studio for Two People with private parking . A hidden gem inDinan! It has been converted with style and imagination.
Situated down the road from the Chateau of Dinan and its' back to the side entrance of Dinan's lovely park. It is private and convenient to explore the historic town of Dinan on foot. Also within walking distance of the pretty village of Lehon from where you can walk along the Rance to the Port of Dinan.

I ensure that my clients receive a warm welcome with wine, fresh milk, coffee and tea together with all of the essentials.

From the Studio you can walk into the old town of Dinan through the Park or up the hill to the Chateau. Once in the old town you are on the level . Cobblestones so beware of heels.
There is the famous rue de Jerzual a very steep picturesque street leading to the Port of Dinan, or you can arrive at the Port by walking from the Studio down to Lehon and along the Rance. There is free local transport to get you from one end of Dinan to the other. There is, of course a little train which gives you an excellent idea of the geography of Dinan. Leisure boats can be hired at the Port to short trips along the Rance and there is a pleasure boat which will take you towards the coast.

There many and varied restaurants in Dinan. from snacks, galettes to Cordon Bleu . There are a few excellent caves and speciality shops.
The Market is on Thursday morning with excellent produce and ready made food.

The Studio is an excellent base to explore the coast of Brittany. St Malo is 20 minutes away by car. There is a bus service to Dinard and St. Malo. There is a free bus service around Dinan.
There is a golf course at Dinard and water sports.
Walks along the coastal paths and numerous locally.
Bicycle Hire is available locally with excellent paths along the Rance
