The house
Welcome to this pleasant holiday home, completely renovated, combining the calm of a residential area with the proximity of the town centre and all amenities, the beaches (8 minutes by car or 12 minutes by bike), and the greenway, accessible directly from the house without taking the car.
The garden surrounding the house and the veranda offer different spaces where everyone can relax as they wish.
Possibility of renting the house for a weekend (according to availability) from October to February (except 2nd half of December) 240 € for a weekend (Friday/Saturday), 340 € for an extended weekend (Friday/Saturday/Sunday).
The house was fully furnished last year with new quality bedding, new appliances and equipment (linen, crockery). Baby/young child equipment available: playpen, cot and mattress, high chair, baby bath, potty and toilet seat, adapted toys.
Ground floor:
- A spacious (38 m²) and bright living room with open kitchen, large dining table and cosy lounge, overlooking the south facing veranda. All the windows offer different views on the garden with trees and flowers, without any opposite. Some board games, card games, books.

- A 13 m² veranda accessible from the living room, with a large 2.10 m table (extendable to 3 m)

- A dormitory room (12 m²) with 2 bunk beds (90 x 200) and a pull-out bed (90 * 200) (4 children beds in total). Books for children.
- A bathroom (7.5 m²) with a large bathtub and WC, washing machine
OUTSIDE
A private garden of 700 m² entirely closed and without any opposite (hedges with fence and palisades, gate at the entrance)
A covered terrace (préau) with low outdoor living room for relaxation and rest
A lean-to with deckchairs, parasols and beach towels, barbecue and outdoor games, which can also house your bikes if necessary
A parking space in front of the house (or two in a row). It is also possible to park on the pavement in front of the house, the area is very quiet

The house is located a few minutes by car or bike from the beaches and all amenities.
AROUND THE FACILITIES
You can reach the beaches and hiking trails (Concarneau, la Forêt Fouesnant, Tregunc, Pointe de Trevignon, Nevez) or the main roads leading to Quimper, Bénodet, Pont Aven in a few minutes. For those who love cycling, you can immediately reach the greenway from the house.
2-3 min away by car: Leclerc centre (with petrol station, cultural centre, optician, parapharmacy, etc.), Lidl, Aldi (open on Sunday mornings), bakery.
5 min away: McDonald's, Buger King, bowling/laser game/escape game, cinema, Magasin Vert (organic and local food, open on Sundays).
6-7 min away (10-12 min by bike): Concarneau town centre with its port, small shops, crêperies and restaurants
