The house
This holiday home offers plenty of space. It has a spacious living-dining room overlooking the 1.3 ha of land belonging to the house. The living room and kitchen are heated by a fireplace. From the living room you can walk out onto the terrace. The terrace faces south and there you can step straight into the hot tub.
The ground floor also has a kitchen diner with a large gas cooker and a bar. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a separate TV room, heated by a pellet stove.
On the first floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and separate shower and a toilet.
On the second floor are a bathroom and a bedroom.
We are cooking enthusiasts ourselves so the kitchen has all the necessities.

The house is a 5-minute drive from Plonevez du Faou.
The sea is half an hour's drive away. The nearest beach is Saint Nic and at Plomodiern you can have fantastic food by the sea. But also the wooded area with the beautiful dolmens in Huelgoat are beautiful. The house is quietly located in a street with 6 houses. Opposite the house is a small chapel, which is only used once a year. You can enjoy the peace on the terraces and with some luck you can see deer and foxes on the field you look over.

The house is adjacent to the nature reserve "The Parc Naturel Régional d'Armorique", there are many activities. Quimper, Huelgoat, Brest and the south coast are worth visiting.
