Our House offers the perfect combination between countryside and seaside in a relaxing and warm atmosphere. Perfect for families with children, couples and groups, the property is 260 sqm and has three large double bedrooms and a fabulous dormitory with 5 beds.

The house has a stunning dining room with a large oak table. There is also a cosy corner with a sofa and armchairs in front of a beautiful fire place. Alternatively, you can also eat outside on the covered terrace which has a massive teak table, a barbecue and superb views of the garden.

The kitchen is independent and has a bar with stools - handy for chatting with the cook! It includes a large cooker (piano style with oven), a microwave, a fridge, a toaster, coffee machine and a large sink - everything you need to cook for a crowd! There is also a rustic kitchen table with 6 seats, useful for the breakfast. There is also a fire place with a chimney insert. You have a direct access from the kitchen to the garden.

The living room is very spacious and has a large comfortable corner sofa, TV, DVD player, and an amazing open fire place that we believe is dated from the 16th Century thanks to the sculpture on its impressive features.

All bedrooms are on the first floor.

The first double bedroom has a shower bathroom ensuite and independent WC perfect for a couple who would like privacy from the rest of the house.

The second double bedroom is very large with a king size bed and an antique dressing table.

The third is a double bedroom with beautiful features.

On the second floor, there is a dormitory ideal for children with two antique double beds (120cm), three single beds, one sofa bed and a few additional mattresses.

On the same floor there is also a huge (6.3m x 6.5m) games/playroom room, with a 'babyfoot' table, a sofa and a very comfortable sofa bed, a TV with a DVD player and games (darts, video games, board games).

The ensuite bathroom is refurbished with an corner shower, sink, a marine wood floor and wood unit, with independent WC

The second bathroom is located to the first floor, also refurbished with shower, twin sinks, storage units etc. There is also a utility area with a washing machine and dryer next to the bathroom.
