The house
This spacious and modern holiday home is located at the end of a rural road in the green heart of beautiful Brittany. A special place where you can really enjoy nature and tranquillity and relax. No through traffic and you can walk straight into the woods. Pets are welcome.
The spacious house is stylish and modern and equipped with all modern comforts for a successful holiday.
Fitted modern open kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge with separate freezer, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster, etc.
Spacious open living room with comfortable corner sofa, smart television 109cm with wifi, DVD player with movies, free wireless internet and bluetooth music system.
Books and information on the area available.
Through the garden door you have access to a spacious paved private terrace with garden furniture, lounger, parasol, bbq and views over the meadow and garden. Here you can enjoy the peace and nature.
Upstairs you will find 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a 160x200 bed (new mattress) and a second bedroom with 2 90x200 beds and a completely new bathroom with rain shower, washbasin and toilet.
A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available in the adjacent empty outbuilding.
We provide sheets as well as towels and kitchen towels.

Located in a special place, at the end of a rural road with no through traffic. Come and enjoy the beautiful nature and absolute peace and quiet.
Here you only hear the birds and in the evening the owl with a beautiful starry sky.
Our central location makes us ideally situated for exploring both the inland and the coast.
Ploërdut, the nearest village, is about a five-minute drive away and is built around a beautiful medieval church. The village has a bakery, grocery shop, restaurant and two cafés.
The nearest town is Guemene-sur-Scorff, classified "Petite cité de caractère" and famous for its andouille! about a 10-minute drive away. Here you will find a large supermarket, petrol station, chargers for electric cars, bakeries and restaurants.
Just 10 minutes away is the Nantes-Brest canal, along which you can cycle for hours or walk along the water without traffic.
Walks start in front of the door by the forest at the end of the little road.

Brittany is famous for its 'crepes' and cider. highly recommended and you will find a creperie in every village!
In Guemene sur scorff, you will find the only real makers of the 'Andouille de Guemene', which has been made here artisanally since 1931. Besides the shop, they also have a restaurant in the village where you can taste this delicacy. Furthermore, in Brittany you will find lots of galettes (biscuits) with mostly butter :)
Activities
With its central location, Kerguedalen is the ideal base for all that Brittany has to offer. From here, you can go to both the north and south coasts but also inland there are numerous sights and nice villages and towns, several recreational lakes, churches, chapels & abbeys worth seeing, not to mention the many megaliths (Carnac) and other pre-historic sites as well as the famous French markets, antique markets, castles, leisure parks etc. Hiking and cycling paths in the immediate surroundings
The nearest southern beaches of Larmor Plage and Guidel are only 45 minutes away. At the house you can enjoy the nature and wildlife in the area (rabbits, hares, foxes, deer, pheasants, buzzards, various bird species etc) or laze around in the garden chairs with a book or a drink.
Tennis can be played in the village (free of charge) Walks start in front of the door!

de afgelopen twee weken erg genoten van deze fantastische gite.We hebben een uitstekende indruk van het verblijf in deze gite.Bij ontvangst een fles wijn met eieren is een leuk idee. We heebben mooie tochten kunnen maken in Bretange.

We zijn maar een week gebleven, maar eigenlijk is de dit te weinig om alles in de omgeving te kunnen zien.
Het is een fantastische gite met veel comfort.
Je kunt er heerlijk wandelen direct vanuit het huisje want de route loopt er langs.
Het enige min-puntje wat ik kon vinden is dat de warme bakker in Ploerdut niet meer open is, dus moet je wat verder weg rijden voor je verse ochtend-croissant.
Maar ja, als dat nu alles is.....
Inge en Remco, jullie hebben ons een onvergetelijke week bezorgd en kijken er met plezier op terug.

Wij zijn zeer tevreden over jullie vakantiehuis, goede inrichting en onderhouden, wij verbleven er met plezier. Ook de zeer mooie ligging ver van verkeerslawaai en midden in het land en toch niet te ver van een stadje om de boodschappen te doen. De centrale ligging in Bretagne was ook fijn. We konden alles wat we wilden zien gemakkelijk in een dagtochtje doen.
