The house
A spacious, modern and comfortably furnished house for 4 people in the green heart of Brittany.
Situated at the end of a rural road in the green heart of beautiful Brittany. A special place where you can still enjoy nature and peace and quiet.
The spacious house is stylishly and modernly furnished and equipped with all modern comforts for a successful holiday.
Fully equipped modern open kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge with separate freezer, coffee machine, Senseo, toaster, mixer etc. Spacious open living room with new comfortable corner sofa (2021), new smart television 109cm with wifi and Netflix, DVD player with movies, free wireless internet and bluetooth music instalation.
Upstairs there are 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 with double bed (160x200) and television and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x200, all equipped with comfortable mattresses and each with their own new private bathroom (2021) with luxury shower with rain shower, sink, large mirror, hairdryer and toilet.
Utility room with washing machine and separate toilet.
Large south-facing private terrace (2021) with garden furniture, parasol, bbq, sun loungers etc.
In the large garden of 20.000m there is always a quiet place to find in the sun or shade.
We provide sheets, kitchen and bath towels, beds made on arrival so you can immediately enjoy your holiday.

Located in a special place, at the end of a rural road with no through traffic and no neighbours. Enjoy the beautiful nature and the absolute peace and quiet.
Because of our central location we are ideally situated for exploring all tourist attractions that Brittany has to offer. Kerguedalen is situated in the municipality of Ploerdut, between the beautiful medieval town of Guemene-sur-Scorff with all amenities and the popular market town of Rostrenen. Walks start at the doorstep!

With its central location, Kerguedalen is the ideal base for all that Brittany has to offer.
There are numerous hiking and cycling trails in the immediate vicinity, several recreational lakes, churches, chapels & abbeys worth seeing, not to mention the many megaliths (Carnac) and other pre historic sites as well as the famous French markets, antique markets, castles, leisure parks etc. The nearest southern beaches of Larmor Plage and Guidel are only 45 minutes away. Near the house one can enjoy nature and wildlife in the area (rabbits, hares, foxes, deer, pheasants, buzzards, various bird species etc). Tennis can be played in the village (free of charge) Walks start in front of the door!

Goed ingerichte en onderhouden gîte. Vriendelijke beheerster. WiFi wat zwakjes hetgeen wordt veroorzaakt door dat het gehucht afgelegen ligt. Stilte is ook stilte en donker is daar ook echt donker. Prima wandelomgeving. Liefhebbers van lezen kunnen hier ongestoord hun gang gaan. Vannes en Quimper zijn aan te raden op zaterdag. Mooiste kustgedeelte vonden wij Quiberon. Lorient bezocht vanwege de WW-2 duikbootbasis en het fort van Port Louis. De Menhirs in Carnac zijn interessant.
