The house
A cosy & comfortable cottage for 2 persons (+eventually baby)
Located at the end of a rural road in the green heart of beautiful Brittany. A special place where you can still enjoy nature and peace and quiet.
The cottage is stylishly and modernly furnished and equipped with all modern comforts for a successful holiday.
Open modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven, cooker, microwave, coffee machine, Senseo, toaster etc.
Spacious open living room with comfortable corner sofa, bio ethanol stove for atmosphere, flat screen TV (81cm), DVD player with movies, wifin, bluetooth music instalation, reading books and information about the area, walks etc.
Upstairs there is a spacious bedroom with double bed (160x200) with new mattress (2021)
Adjacent is a spacious & modern bathroom with shower (new 2021), toilet and washbasin.
Garden door to south-facing private terrace and large garden with garden furniture, BBQ and view over the meadows and woods.
In the opposite annexe there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board and storage for bicycles, bbq etc.
The beds are made for your arrival so you can immediately enjoy your holiday.

Located in a special place, at the end of a rural road with no through traffic and no neighbours. Enjoy the beautiful nature and the absolute peace and quiet.
Because of our central location we are ideally situated for exploring all tourist attractions that Brittany has to offer. Kerguedalen is situated in the municipality of Ploerdut, between the beautiful medieval town of Guemene-sur-Scorff with all amenities and the popular market town of Rostrenen. Walks start at the doorstep!

We hebben drie heerlijke vakantieweken doorgebracht in ‘Le Renard’. Het huisje, de omgeving, het weer: alles was perfect.
Het huisje is zeer compleet ingericht voor twee personen; alles wat je maar nodig kunt hebben, is aanwezig. En de ligging, aan een doodlopend weggetje in het buitengebied, zorgt voor een ongestoorde nachtrust. Het is doodstil, aardedonker, en de bedden zijn comfortabel.
Wandelmogelijkheden zijn er genoeg in de naaste omgeving. Een mooie route loopt zelfs langs het huis (doen!). Op ruim een uur rijden liggen de grote prehistorische vindplaatsen zoals Carnac en Locmariaquer in het zuidoosten en Barnenez in het noorden. Binnen een uur wandel je langs de grillige kust. Overal in het landschap staan schattige kapelletjes, vaak voorzien van bewerkte balken en muurschilderingen. Kortom: van harte aanbevolen!

With its central location, Kerguedalen is the ideal base for all that Brittany has to offer.
There are numerous hiking and cycling trails in the immediate area, several recreational lakes, churches, chapels, abbeys worth seeing, not to mention the many megaliths (Carnac) and other pre-historic sites, the famous French markets, antique and flea markets, castles, leisure parks, etc. The nearest southern beaches of Larmor Plage and Guidel are only 45 minutes away. Near the house one can enjoy nature and wildlife in the area (rabbits, hares, foxes, deer, pheasants, buzzards, various bird species etc) Tennis can be played in the village (free of charge) Walks start at the doorstep!
