We'll be happy to send you a selection of the Sancerre winegrowers and give you all the gastronomic addresses so you know where to go to buy the meals you need to make your stay a great success!
As soon as you confirm your booking, we'll send you a booklet with practical information on how to organise your wine tastings in the winegrowers' cellars, and we'll help you organise your schedule if you wish, using our Concierge service (picnic basket bookings, meals ordered from the caterer, choice of restaurants ....).
Activities
We offer you La Longère for 6 to 11 people, a superb house (note that in 2024 it will still only have one large bathroom and 2 WCs). On our estate you can also rent our 2 other gîtes: The Grand Gîte sleeps 10 and the Villa sleeps 15.
You can even choose to rent all 3 gîtes and make them private!
The shared swimming pool is large (10x3) with a large wooden deck. It is heated and open from 10am to 8pm from May to October.

The 3,600 m² of wooded grounds include a number of areas ideal for meals, outdoor games or relaxing in the shade of the many trees, with garden furniture and a BBQ.
The location is exceptional, overlooking the Sancerre vineyards.
The shared swimming pool is large (10x3) with a large wooden deck. It is heated and open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and each gîte has access via its own secure gate with a unique code from its own private grounds.
Very quiet, its location means that if you want to go out, you'll have all the options within a 20km radius of La Longère!

Our constant concern is your comfort:
Our quality facilities and services have enabled us to obtain the Atout France 4-star "Meublé de Tourisme" label in May 2023 for 6 people in the Longère, 15 people in the Villa and 10 people in the Grand Gîte.
We offer a concierge service, with the possibility of preparing your stay with us: booking a "nanny", booking a Shiatsu session in the gîte, choosing cultural and sporting activities, choosing food shopping with the possibility of booking a "picnic" basket or reserving one or more meals from the caterer, reserving organic breads made from corn, spelt etc... offering you a round of golf or a discovery package! Canoe down the Loire, take advantage of the hiking or mountain biking trails in the Sancerre hills (2 trails pass in front of the gîte).
For reasons of safety and comfort, when you confirm your booking, we ask you to send us the following before your arrival: our signed General Terms and Conditions, our internal rules for the swimming pool area, the names and addresses of the adults and the contracting party's identity card with proof of your holiday insurance.
