The house
Alone in the world, in a dominant position overlooking the hills of the Sancerre vineyards, without being isolated, in complete safety for the little ones, with enclosed grounds.
A top-of-the-range gîte, with a 4-star label in May 2023 and a 4-star Gîtes de France label in 2019: the aim is to offer customers a high level of comfort, facilities and services.
The 4 bedrooms of the 200m2 gîte: 10 adult beds, 6 beds, 38m2 living room
This typical early 19th century house offers large, spacious living areas for everyone, suitable for all ages: a 38m2 living room, a large kitchen, 2 beautiful bathrooms, one with a shower and bath and the other completely redone in 2022 with an Italian shower, 2 separate WCs, 6 beds for 10 people in 4 large bedrooms, 1 of which has a mezzanine.
In the 38m2 living room, the tables can be configured as you wish:
-75x150 and 75x125 to allow you to organise 2 different spaces.
-For those who prefer a large 75x350 table: the 2 tables allow you to organise meals for
for up to 14 people.
The large landing on the 1st floor has been converted into a games room with 2 tables for 6 to 8 people, around fifteen games for children and adults and a few toys for the little ones!
The renovation was completed in April 2019, using beautiful materials and a fairly neutral, authentic decor, with family furniture from the Sancerrois region.
May 2019 purchases: Household appliances, top-of-the-range bedding, Linvosges Professionnelle Prestige range for the soft, cocooning bed linen in Percale Froissée and the bathroom linen.
New for 2022: Complete renovation of the ground floor bathroom: Italian shower.
Construction of the swimming pool area.
New in 2023: Purchase of a WEBER BBQ/Gas grill.
The outside areas have been redesigned with fruit and ornamental trees, and a wide variety of flowers are planted from April to October to delight you.
To complement your seasonal fruit picking in the orchard (cherries, plums, pears, apples, grapes, quinces, raspberries).
We have created a 100% organic vegetable garden for you to enjoy during your stay, depending on the season: tomatoes, lettuce, courgettes and, of course, the herb patch.

In your private park, where the tall trees will provide you with natural shade, you will find all the equipment you need for your outdoor well-being: garden tables, parasols, acacia deckchairs, classic BBQ, WEBER BBQ/Gas hob, outdoor games provided (croquet), ball and boules pitch, possibility for children to cycle in the park.
The estate provides a list of 40 board games for young and old, on request.
Discover the Loire and the Sancerre vineyards in a balloon 6 km away, paragliding and microlighting 2 km away.
The renowned 18-hole Sancerre golf course is 7 km away on the banks of the Loire, as are canoe trips.
Pony or horse rides are available nearby for a stroll through the vineyards.
Hiking maps are available with different levels of difficulty for walking or mountain biking (2 circuits pass in front of the gîte).
Access via a secure gate with a unique code for each gîte, allowing security management of the swimming pool area.

We offer the Grand Gîte for 10 people, but on our estate you can also rent our 2 other gîtes: the Villa for 15 people and the Longère for 6 to 11 people.
You can even choose to rent all 3 gîtes and have them all to yourselves!
The estate's private "Relaxation-Pool" area is open from 10am to 8pm to its 3 seasonal lets, through independent secure gates, from your private park with your unique code.
An exceptional natural setting: surrounded by a variety of hedges and bushes, aromatic plants and flowers. It will bring you freshness, relaxation and well-being when you return from your sporting or cultural days.
The shared swimming pool is large (10x3) with a large porcelain stoneware and exotic wood decking. It is heated to 28°C and open from 10am to 8pm from June to September.
Our constant concern on our estate is your comfort:
Our quality facilities and services have enabled us to obtain the Atout France 4-star "Meublé de Tourisme" label in May 2023 for 6 people in the Longère, 15 people in the Villa and 10 people in the Grand Gîte.
We offer a concierge service, with the possibility of preparing your stay with us: booking a "nanny", booking a Shiatsu session in the gîte, choosing cultural and sporting activities, choosing food shopping with the possibility of booking a "picnic" basket or reserving one or more meals from the caterer, reserving organic breads made from corn, spelt etc... offering you a round of golf or a discovery package! Canoe down the Loire, take advantage of the hiking or mountain biking trails in the Sancerre hills (2 trails pass in front of the gîte).
For reasons of safety and comfort, when you confirm your booking, we ask you to send us the following before your arrival: our signed General Terms and Conditions, our internal rules for the swimming pool area, the names and addresses of the adults and the contracting party's identity card with proof of your holiday insurance.
