La Laiterie is a wonderful conversion of the old milking parlour at Le Bouchet, an ancient farm nestling in the beautiful wooded countryside, close to the small market town of Descartes with its shops, bars and restaurants.
Renovated to a very high standard and sleeping up to 10 people, La Laiterie provides the perfect accommodation to make sure you get the very best from your holiday.
On the ground floor there is a large open plan living area with a fully equipped farmhouse kitchen, dining area with large table seating 10 and a comfortable lounge area with Wifi, Satellite TV and French doors leading out to your own private fenced garden. Also on the ground floor is a large double bedroom conveniently located adjacent to the family sized bathroom with shower, separate bath, sink and toilet. There is also a utility room with another toilet and washing machine.
Upstairs there are three good sized bedrooms, a double, twin single and a very large bedroom with four single beds – all with air conditioning units, fans and hairdryers. There is also a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Cots and highchairs are available together with a stairgate if required.
Outside, your large sunny garden looks out towards a small fenced lake that provides the perfect environment for the wildlife and birdlife here at Le Bouchet. Equipped with sun loungers, pergola, table, chairs and BBQ your garden is the perfect place to take advantage of the weather and enjoy the outdoor lifestyle.
From your garden you have access to the rest of the gardens at Le Bouchet where you will find the large shared heated pool and terrace, picnic benches and children’s play area with swing, slide, climbing frame and goals for a game of football.
For your security and peace of mind, the pool is fenced with pool entry points protected by pool security locks to prevent any toddler wandering in by accident.
