The house
Relax and enjoy the peace and nature of the countryside. A 6000m2 plot with several buildings in central France, located in the Brenne Natural Park. One of the barns was converted into a stylish and luxuriously furnished gîte. On the owners' property, but privacy on the garden side (1000m2). All around views of the countryside. Jacuzzi, swimming pool and infrared cabin. This is included in the cost.
Fully renovated 2/4 person gite tastefully decorated. Fully equipped. Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, stove/oven. Spacious living-dining room with HD smart TV with NLziet and streaming capability. Internet available. Upstairs one large master bedroom with comfortable 160 x 200 cm bed. The smaller bedroom has two single beds of 90 x 200. Toilet upstairs and downstairs. Wooden decking terrace with ample seating. Swimming pool present, including sun terrace BBQ present. Wellness in garden house with jacuzzi and infrared cabin.

Our place is located on the border of Indre and Vienne in the village of Lignac. Lignac is a small village with around 450 inhabitants. It has a beautiful location in central France with lots of green and untouched nature. With the larger cities of Poitiers, Chateauroux and Limoges at a distance, there is always something to do.
The Parc Naturel Régional de la Brenne covers a large part of the département l'Indre. This vast natural area with its many fishing ponds is home to several attractions. There are many recreational lakes, also a short distance from our place. In summer, there is plenty to do here. Within the La Brenne Regional Nature Park is another nature reserve. Réserve naturelle nationale de Chérine in Saint-Michel-en-Brenne is a true bird paradise. Go with a guide and discover the many birds in this pristine piece of nature. Twice a year, the crane migration passes here. Wonderful to follow. With much noise and large numbers, the cranes fly over and often rest in the Brenne on their way south.
