The house, which dates back to 1874, stands on a fenced plot of 1,250 m2 and comprises 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one of which is on the ground floor and a bedroom with a bunk bed and cot. There are 3 more beds in the attic.
It includes a living room with TV and wood-burning stove, a very well-equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room with large round dining/meeting table and a play/TV room with, among other things, a large pool table, shuffleboard and many board games.

It is in Vireux-Molhain, a sometimes even literally thriving village located on the river Meuse. About 300 km from Utrecht. Within walking distance of the house are three warm bakers with delicious French baguettes and Croissants, two frieteries, two kabab shops, two pizzerias and a French restaurant. As well as a café and a small supermarket.
About 1.5 km from the house is a large Intermarche supermarket with a petrol station with a fast charger for charging an electric car. Every year on 13 or 14 July, the village, together with the village across the Meuse, hosts a beautiful fireworks show. The house is about half an hour's drive to Dinant, 1 hour to Charleville-Mezieres, Namur and Charleroi and 2 hours to Luxembourg. You can also get to Disneyland Paris in about 2.5 hours and to a car park within walking distance from the metro to central Paris in 3 hours. (Parking Château de Vincennes €20/day)

Activities
From this location, you can enjoy sports such as walking, hiking, running, cycling, supping on the Meuse and mountain biking. A 35-minute drive away, you can also enjoy swimming, supping, canoeing, kayaking, surfing, sailing, fishing, mountain biking and archery in and around a beautiful lake called Lac des Vieillesforge. Small children can play on the sandy beach. In addition, this location also has a playground for the little ones and a climbing park as well as several cosy places to eat and drink. In short, a lovely day out.
