Flat / cottage
A number of years ago we bought this small French farmhouse and in recent years completely rebuilt it while retaining beautiful old materials, but the comfort of today. After our own home, we decided to turn the old hayloft into a charming French flat to let other people enjoy the French life as well.

In the flat (ca. 70m2) we have preserved as many old details as possible. So you enter through the authentic barn doors. On the ground floor there is a hall with storage space, bedroom with a single bed and access to the first floor.
We have chosen to keep the flat as open as possible to preserve the character of the former hayloft with a modern look. On the floor is a sleeping area with 2x single beds and space for clothes, sleeping loft with 1x single bed accessible via separate stairs, bathroom with walk-in rain shower and separate toilet. The rear section is the living and dining area with a spacious seating area with cosy wood-burning stove and of course a television with Dutch channels and DVD player (no Wi-Fi). An open kitchen with all necessary conveniences, such as a Nespresso coffee machine, separate oven and fridge with freezer compartment.
If you think of France then you also think of being outside! So a beautiful and spacious balcony of almost 14m2 may not be missing. Located on the southwest and equipped with lounge chairs and sun beds to enjoy the sun and a nice bottle of wine. There is also a spacious terrace at the front with lounge set.

Included: The following items are included with your stay: coffee- tea, sugar/sweets, milk powder, kitchen herbs, toilet paper, kitchen roll, 10 towels, 4 bath towels, bed linen, wood for the wood stove, television, shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, cleaning products, TV with Canal Digital, DVD player, picnic basket, small charcoal BBQ.

It is not allowed to bring your pet.

Optional: Do you like nature and cycling? When renting our guesthouse it is possible to rent 2 full suspension mountainbikes and explore the woods and surroundings.

Upon arrival you will also receive a bottle of water and a delicious bottle of wine from a local winemaker. We hope to welcome you soon!
