Flat / gîte
A few years ago, we bought this small French farmhouse and completely renovated it in recent years, preserving beautiful old materials, but the comfort of today. After our own home, we decided to turn the old hayloft into a charming French flat to let other people enjoy French life too.

In the apartment (approx. 70m2), we have preserved as many old details as possible. For example, you enter through the authentic barn doors. On the ground floor there is a hall with storage space, a bedroom with a single bed and access to the first floor.
In the apartment, we chose to keep it as open as possible to preserve the character of the former hayloft with a modern look. Upstairs is a sleeping area with 2x single bed and space for clothes, sleeping loft with 1x single bed accessible via separate stairs, bathroom with walk-in rain shower and separate toilet. The rear section is the living and dining area with a spacious seating area with cosy wood-burning stove and of course a television with Dutch channels and DVD player. An open kitchen with all the necessary conveniences, such as a Nespresso coffee machine, separate oven and fridge with freezer compartment.
When you think of France, you naturally think of being outside! So a beautiful and spacious balcony of almost 14m2 is a must. Located on the southwest and equipped with lounge chairs and sun beds to enjoy the sun and a nice bottle of wine. There is also a spacious terrace at the front with lounge set.
